I made a shout, but will also publish the same question in Romania, from my personal newspapers/account..
Why you don't want to fix issue with Croatian EMU organisation?

Reported to Support, explained that country and currency is set wrongly, but your team says is normal that Croatian Elite MU org can publish for free only in Romania?
To publish in Croatia we need to pay 10 golds for each article we want to publish from our Croatian Elite Military Unit Organisation?
People of eRomania, please give your thoughts on this one..
Also others if you had any similar situations, and how it was solved.
If there other EMU commanders with this issue, please comment/write me a PM.

What happened after D2080 with eCro EMU and it's org?
All was ok for years.. but then
1. EMU miraculously ended up as Italian EMU. (Was Croatian)
2. Organisation ended up as Romanian org. (Was Croatian)
3. At start of 2019 EMU was returned to original country, eCroatia. (This one is ok, like at D2080)
4. Currency was left as Romanian RON. (Should be HRK)
RESULT:
Publishing articles is not free if we want to publish in original EMU and organisation country, eCroatia.
Test article was published on D4457, and is possible to publish for free only in Romania:

Publishing from Org newspapers in Croatia costs 10g per article.
Admins answer: Won't fix, you should have report it 7 years ago.

A ) Who was the user with access to the DB that made change from points 1. and 2.
B ) Who fixed it partially at point 3.
C ) And can that same person fix point 4. (Or someone else with the access)
It should be simple..

because I am a nice guy i've lowered the tax to 2 gold per article if you publish in croatia
In the meantime, I will shout this out, write articles, write ticket each day if needed..
And will not give up!

Note to myself:
Fanax also had strange organisation changes (Italian org ended up in Japan) to check how it was solved at the end.
It's not a bug. Not all the countries had orgs so they received eRo orgs. You should have complained about it when you received the org not 6,5 years later.
Issue occured now.
For former Commanders there was no need to publish articles from EMU org newspapers. So bug was not discovered back then.
Now we have the need and will to publish articles from EMU org newspapers, and problem was discovered.
How is possible this is not considered as a bug?
eCroatian EMU organisation newspapers can publish articles for free only in eRomania?
I need to check..
If tester comes to work in a software company in 2020, and finds a bug that exists for 7 years.

Not crazy just part of the games rules. If you want to publish articles in another country you have to pay. Learn the rules of the game and stop crying

And all that made newspapers on those 50 orgs can publish for free only in Romania?
If yes, then is an global 'feature'.
But I highly doubt it.
If not, is a bug, as EMU is Croatian, and also organisation was Croatian. Now is a mixure after someone was messing around on the DB.
Location should be Croatia (not Italy)
Currency should be HRK (not RON)
Publishing articles for 0 golds should be possible in eCroatia (not eRomania)
Not sure what is with all of this 'crying', so many of you mention it all the time, and for me is so boring. Will not teach anybody what is crying, I think ppl playing this game are old enough to know it.
I encountered a problem, ticket was written, but support was not helpful (very similar answer to your comment hahaha)
I wrote this article to try to get bug fixed and / or find others that maybe have same or similar issues with their elite MU orgs.
And I will not give up 😃

I call it a bug, and will do all in my power to try to get ppl there understand that they need to fix smth they messed up 😉
I have never seen a MU org before, only rumors...
Each top 50 MUs on the international tournament held before D2080 should have it..

And we can't post our articles until this is solved, it just doesn't make sense..
And even more makes no sense they don't want to fix this bug..
I think it's because it's an Romanian Org, at least the cc in there is RON and not the cro currency.

a long time ago on a galaxy far far away you could create a paper on your org but not anymore. so the are orgs without a paper

Your MU was created by vulture man. In the beginning was a Croatian MU.
When Ikki, the real one, took it, admins (for a weird reason) changed the “EMU” (lol) Citizenship from Croatian to Italian. In January 2019 after admins discovered this bug, they changed again from Italian to Croatian.
That MU, and its related org were bugged since day 0.
Not sure what makes you 'lol' each time you write EMU 😃
It is MU with Elite MU status (abbreviation EMU), gained on tournaments held long time ago.
EMU country was put from Cro to Italian at some point of time, and this bug was fixed, as you mentioned, at begining of 2019.
But still location of org, and currency are wrong. So we just ask this bug to be fixed, as paying golds to be able to publish in original organisation country should be considered as bug.
You are right calling it EMU. Although i thought that pointing it out even on MU name is a bit parvenu action. That's why i was laughing a bit at it.
About newspaper, could be possible that org was an original RO one so bug could not be fixed. I dont know, to be honest. But i remember it was bugged since the beginning.

Elite MU was by mistake put from Croatia where was originally created, to Italy (not sure at which point of time exactly)
At start of 2009 this was fixed, EMU returned back to Croatia, but location stayed in Italian region.
And currency is wrongly set to RON.
So it is original org from this Elite MU, gained on the day 2080 after the tournament..
We are trying to fix this as we want to publish at least 2-4 articles per week. And it would be too much golds to pay (10g per article), just to be able to do what should be possible at 1st place: Publishing for free in Croatia, from Croatian EMU organisation.
