[CP] Another Update

The past few days have seen quite a few events which are quite important and I would appreciate if you took the time to now read these changes.



[USA Intervention]

On day 4,117 at 01:55, Serbia proposed a declaration of war to USA. Upon awareness of such proposal, the USA have requested that Ireland begin to occupy as many regions as possible to reduce the scale of the Serbian attacks. We will look to hold Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Rhode Island Wisconsin. Please do not support any Resistance War in any US region in which we occupy as we will be defending them.



[Italian Training War]

Our training war with Italy is running smoothly. Auto-attack kicked in causing Italy to attack Shannon on one occasion. Fortunately, this wasn't as much of an issue as normal due to Cork being occupied by Bulgaria and thus we had no trade route to the capital being cut.

As a reminder,

Ireland is to lose the directs against Italy.

Ireland is to win the resistance wars against Italy.



[Bulgarian Stalemate]

Talks with the Bulgarian government have hit a stalemate. Ireland offered the Bulgarian officials a deal whereby they release Cork and in return, Irish soldiers would not interfere in their training wars. This deal was not accepted by the Bulgarian congress who have been unable to decide on what terms they wish to make an agreement on.

On Day 4,116, the Bulgarian CP Van Sloth was impeached. In acknowledging the changes of the Bulgarian administration, Rainy Sunday and I are hoping to work towards signing our peace deal which was supported by our congress. This occupation has now lasted 12 days, 12 days in which Bulgarian ally and our friend France has been deprived of their bonus.



[Changes to our Discord]

Today I made big changes to our Discord channel. Please note the following:

#Public is now a channel for citizens of every nation to gather. Everyone is welcome.

#Irish-Army is now known as #Irish-Military.
With the creation of several new military units in Ireland, we needed to adapt our military systems to cater for our evolving needs. For this reason, #Irish-Military is a room for all Irish citizens as well as for allies who wish to join our strikes or be informed of our orders.

#national-summit is now #eireland
This channel has been used recently for all things related to Irish citizens as well as for our national strikes. Under this change, this room will be used for all things that concern Irish citizens only.

Should any Irish citizen or ally require any role on Discord, please do not hesitate to message myself or Warbhoy to sort you out.



[Battle Orders]

Last week I reintroduced Battle Orders. Unfortunately this hasn't been as successful as I had in mind. Taking in feedback from the Dublin Conference, I have decided to create a sub-committee regarding military matters. This committee will consist of military officials from various military units who will have access to the Irish Department of Defence organisation. It will be their role to consistently update the Battle Orders article which will be published weekly and hopefully updated on a regular basis.

Should you wish to be part of this committee, please message me your interest ASAP.

[National (Air)Strike]
