Training Wars continue ad nauseum. Japan has so little population that I can't attach Diplomats to my entourage. Matter of fact I don't think any Nation in the game utilize Forums, little reason to send messengers.

Death to Pigs

If you think money driven economies are important you are forgetting the communal right of service to land. Building Factories and ever increasing profits was a small window of time. Battle commences in the game but is rarely focused upon.
