Well hello there, Sethesin here. Welcome to another Tea with Titans, an occasional rare a newly revived feature here on the Skald, where I endeavor to interview the movers, the shakers, the warlords and money makers right here on eRepublik!

In this tenth issue of Tea with Titans I will be interviewing the Commander of the Pakistani Armed Forces, Party President of Vento Aureo. Press Director of the Media Mogul Medal awarded Rasuto Eguzairu and current Minister of Defense of ePakistan and O.G 09'er Veteran. With 13 CP terms, 48 Congress Terms, he's a World Class Force that has spread his influence across 8 nations.

The Skald : Why do you play eRepublik?

Akodo Setai : I have a lot of free time living on a farm. I social network some and have access to a computer so it 'fits' a bit in my daily scheme of life. I play mostly for contacts some of which I have added to an Alt Facebook Account (which I highly recommend more people using)

The Skald : What is your opinion on eReps Pay to Play system and it's effects on genuinely new players?

Akodo Setai : It is not 100% Pay-to-Play and is targeted at 14 year old's. Most use it to study human interactions across a limited internet world of nations. New players should theoretically not be concerned about payments but rather the social fabric created on and off site.

The Skald : ePakistan, of which you are the Minister of Defense is currently off the map. Your thoughts?

Akodo Setai : We are a casualty of the World War that has been going on for some time. However, I was surprised how short CODE was here in time that is. Asteria is back and we will likely continue Training Wars with them or any visitor as we are a weak nation that cannot land and hold land to start Training Wars elsewhere.

The Skald : Can you briefly summarize the phenomenon of "Dioism" to the Skalds readers in your own words?

Akodo Setai : Dioism is an eRelgion focusing on the creation of the New World as seen by Dioists, those that believe that Dio Brando was created by Sand and through the Sand he created the World.

The Skald : CODE, Asteria, ANDES etc. Alliances seem almost monolithic in their prime. Which Alliance do you think will be the first domino to fall in 2020?

Akodo Setai : I think we are headed to a stalemate. If anything ANDES should join CODE and get it over with with the dual/trilateral Alliance BS Asteria keeps up.

The Skald : As a veteran player you change your name, profile avatar quite frequently. Is there a method behind this?

Akodo Setai : No method, just a boring game and when I get bored so does my character.

The Skald : You've held 13 CP-ships. Which was the most fun and which was the most challenging?

Akodo Setai : My first few were the most fun and most challenging as China occupied us for nearly four years, and during that time we attempted several Resistance Wars.

The Skald : To newer players of eRep, what advise would you give to someone starting out?

Akodo Setai : Upgrade your Training Grounds and save gold. Meanwhile you can write articles, chat with players on discord, forums, etc.

The Skald : Past the Skinner box mechanics and sheer tedium of eRep, as a 2009-er.. What needs to change in eRep for it to remain vital or at least interesting?

Akodo Setai : I am active on the in-game forums, I have added several requests with no answers from the staff. My tickets are also ignored. I wrote an article here. But I think the game needs new staff.

The Skald : eRep is a community as much as it's a war/political browser sim. Who (other than the obvious) has made this game matter to you the most and is there any new players that you're impressed by?

Akodo Setai : Senor Schlong, William Walker, and several other Dioists have been instrumental in this games success as a social place. I have met dozens of players that are also most likely never coming back that I carry fond memories of. Too many to name.

The Skald : If you were in charge of eRep for a week, what would you change?

Akodo Setai : I wrote an article here.

The Skald : What's next for Akodo Setai?

Akodo Setai : I will very likely (sic) run for Country President of Pakistan coming soon, and I plea for the return of more Dioists to the Holy Lands. (Editors Note: See link attached)
