I would like to take this opportunity to address the stuff SColbert was talking about in his most recent article. I hope to clear up misunderstandings.
This is an image I took a screenshot of during my ban. There is some misunderstanding around the word ban. I think it would be better to use suspension. So while I was suspended I couldn't reply or send messages on the forum. The evidence they used against me to claim I was a liar is that I could be seen logged into the forum. They are right, but I couldn't reply to anything so reading the forum was useless.
Now SColbert showed a series of messages on discord were they claimed I wasn't banned. This whole event occurred when it was a day past when the forum ban message said I would regain my access. Interestingly enough after they called me a liar and dragged my name through the mud on discord, I regained me access. So I don't know if their inquiry led to someone realizing that my write access had been suspended. This action is obviously done by a top level admin for the whole forum, since the suspension was forum wide. But I think it is quite disingenuous for these people to call me a liar presuming they could view the status of my account. I think this ultimately was just people misunderstanding each other.
Next I want to clear up the whole censured by my own request. Senry came out in response to the article saying that I had requested I be censured before as a protest so my statement has validity. The whole contention is around the most recent censure. When I got word that people wanted to censure me. I immediately requested that my good friend Komeko censure me so that we can allow the system to take its course.
The reason I made this an issue was over the language involving me being a trouble maker. I just wanted it to be clear that I was never censured for doing anything bad. I wrote this at the time, because I assumed that the speaker would not find me guilty of doing anything bad. Which technically the speaker declined to make a decision on it. This means I am still censured, but I have yet to see where he is actually punishing me for this.
I assumed that SColbert would use his discretion to reverse my censure, because it had no potential of causing harm. My whole point surrounding the situation is that I am being punished for a symbolic action. It is the equivalence of during a revolution clicking to open the fight on the side of the revolution, but never actually fighting. We obviously don't blacklist people for checking the battle on the side of the revolution. I started a vote to impeach Fingerguns when I knew that there was no way it could pass because the democracy would be over before the vote could finish. I also consulted with Fingerguns Live On Air. If you broke the rules any other time then I would understand that from the forum's perspective that you should censure people. What is the danger of a harmless prank? Nothing!

Yeah but fingerguns might be brewing trouble and want to avoid a solid application for impeachment . In the old times there was a 7 day period after you would impeach someone before another could do it again. I assume there is something similar with your forum. So yeah not really symbolic more cynical manipulation of noob players by her.

i used to bring lulz applications such as that in my past and that was 1 reason usually presented to me . your right i probably should have put it more as a possibility than an actual accusation.

As to any forum suspensions, you'd have to talk to a forum admin. They do that, and only they do that. It has nothing to do with Congress (or eRepublik at all), it probably had to do with either repeated rules violations or a singular post which crossed a red line of some sort (typically things like pornographic imagery will get this).
Nobody outside of top level mods or admins would be able to see that you had received any sort of ban or suspension. Follow the forum rules and you won't have any sort of trouble.
No I did broke the rules and crossed a line on a post. I threatened physical violence against Tenshibo after he said some nasty stuff to Frank. I allowed my anger at Tenshibo to push me to something I should of not done. My point was not that I was wrongly banned, it was that I was wondering why I was still banned after the period of time. Also that you guys called me a liar. I don't care if you think I do evil or am a bad person. But I don't want to be called a liar.
I realized there was quite a few misunderstandings among each other and I don't want to have any bad feelings. Hope to work with you in the future in a manner that is positive and friendly.

You weren't banned after the 'period of time'. The ban is however long the ban is, it auto-expires.

Well it didn't auto expire when it said it will. That was the reason I was asking around and it caused that incident with Jimmy.

I didn't really know who the forum admins were so I was asking Jimmy and others who the forum admins are. I was frustrated and looking for the forum admins that is how the situation came up.

I still don't believe that the ban lasted longer than intended, and if you're too dumb to click the "staff" button (visible on every forum page)...then maybe check with a parent or guardian before using the internet.
If the ability to find things that are obvious we would all be retarded. Did you ever lose something just to realize it was right there? Yes? Of course your a human being. I have never needed to staff before so I haven't really looked into it.

Also I really don't know what to say about you believing me. I speak the truth and say what I say. I often change my mind, but I try to be authentic in each moment. I mean you can just verify from the screenshot that I took it past the time it said I would be unbanned.
