[SColbert] Ya Boi, Why You Always Lying?

Why is Ya Boi lying all the time? Like seriously dude if you want attention you can get it in other ways than being a serial liar. At this point all you’ve accomplished is destroying your reputation. From one friend to another I am just asking that you please stop lying to everyone and calm down.

So for those who might not be following the above you’re probably asking why is Ya Boi such a big liar? Well thanks for asking that question my strawman. Let’s take a look at Ya Boi’s recent lies that I’m aware of.

Let’s start with his recent claim that he was banned from the forum.

First thanks to Yui and Pfeiffer for immediately calling Ya Boi out on his lies.

The fact is Ya Boi was going around telling his friends that he was banned from the forum. That never happened, and there is no proof it ever happened. So I have to ask, Ya Boi why you lying?

In which he says,

“I have only been censured at my own request. Never have I been censured where I have not started the proceedings. The first time I was censured I was protesting the stupidity of congressional censures. There is no repeat offenses.”

This wrong for a variety of reasons. For one, in the case of a rogue impeachment proposal the Speaker, and the Speaker only has the power to punish the person who committed the act. To quote the constitution,

"Any Congressman proposing an in-game impeachment without having followed the procedure described in section 3.3 of the eUS Code shall have their forum privileges suspended pending disciplinary action to be determined by the Speaker of the House."

So let’s remember that Ya Boi claims that he requested his own censure. That is also a lie. He never asked me to censure him. In fact here is his post from his censure thread that Andy started, not Ya Boi, saying that his censure was up to me.

I never received a request from Ya Boi, and as a multiple term congressman he must know that all such requests have to go through the Speaker, and the Speaker only. In fact take a look at my dismally empty, and Pfeiffer dominated inboxes.

In the same article where he lies about requesting his censure from the proper channels he also claims to speak for those who wrote the constitution saying:

“The people who actually came up the constitution were rational in that they realized that sometimes you have to have things open to discretion.“

Well person who helped write the constitution, and my elitist overlord Pfeiffer had this to say in response:

“And the Speaker used said discretion to have you removed.

And you're not at all dangerous, as you're completely ineffectual. Removing you is the same as doing nothing, so why not remove you, right?

~One of the people who wrote the constitution”

So I must once again beg Ya Boi to stop lying. Please just stop lying. It’s so much easier to tell the truth. Just stop it already. Why are you lying so much?
