Help liberate Canada

Day 1,947, 18:36 Published in USA USA by ligtreb

Once upon a time (before I quit in early 2011), Canada and the USA were great allies. The Brolliance was an official alliance between the USA and Canada, and we routinely fought for each other. Our teamwork helped us get our territories back in World War III when we were invaded and if you were to poll Americans at the time, I'm confident that Canada would've easily been voted our favorite ally.

When I came back a few months ago, I was saddened that the USA was no longer allies with Canada. I have a lot of friends there from the Brolliance days and from my time as a Brolliance Congressional exchange member -- Yes, our countries were so tight we each sent a congressman to serve with the other with full access.

This is the time to bring our countries together. I'm not naive, I don't think we'll be as close as we were in the Brolliance days right away, but do think it's achievable in the long-term.

Canada has started a resistance war in Quebec with serious intentions to liberate themselves before Congressional elections so they can have a Congress -- they were not able to elect a Congress last month because they had zero territories.

It's been sad to see Canada completely occupied by Spain recently. No country, friend or foe, deserves to be wiped off the map for a long period of time, it makes the game less fun. Citizens should be able to have their own country, this game was built on nationalistic pride.

I urge my fellow Americans to help our friends up North in their time of need. To all military units, please consider helping Canada liberate Quebec. Not just because they're good people, but because it is in our interests as well.

For those of you who may not have a positive opinion of Canada, I will ask you this: Do you like having a TWO country on our northern border? Because it's Spain who's been occupying Canada, and Spain is one of the key members of TWO. In this time when our foreign policy views may be muddled, one thing I know Americans agree on is our dislike of TWO. Many of us prefer CoT, many prefer EDEN, many prefer independence. But we don't like TWO.

I've found Canada's current administration to be good people, and most would love the USA and Canada to be allies again. President Homer J Simpson has worked hard to help Canada and is not like past Canadian Presidents who we may not have gotten along with.

I plan to fight for Canada and hope you do too.
