Forum Admin or Forum Enforcer?

Greetings compatriots
Not too long ago Kiko wrote about being uncertified. for changing Zansi's certification to "uncertified" and back to certified within a matter of seconds.
The consequence was that of being uncertified and kicked from cabinet - by a forum admin!
This is the story right?
No, not exactly.
Zansi has done this before. The previous victim was Cody Caine. Zansi basically intimidated Cody out of cabinet. Both still haven't made amends, but I suspect there's more to it than just personal differences.
Kiko highly criticized the forum for its unnecessary complexity. I believed this situation gave Zansi the convenient casus belli(war justification) to kick Kiko.
I believe this is a direct undermining of authority:
Miyagiyoda was democratically elected as CP of eSA. In his recent article Kiko is assigned as director of births and immigration.
Zansi however states the following:
"Kiko is not qualified to be Director of the DBI unless he agrees to follow the rules, and if the CP still insists that he is Director then the CP will be breaking the rules."
However:
Kiko is not going to apologize!
Zansi also stipulate

"The Director of the DBI assists the Minister of Security, and the Minister of Security can perform all the duties of the Director if one has not been officially appointed. The MoS and DBI are therefore still fully operational."
Implying that Nickerball or Liquidice should take over from Kiko.
Should the DBI be really so expendable?
For vark steaks we're not Russia people! We don't have 100 replacements for every fallen servant.

Don't threaten Zansi's ego. He will ban or uncertify you.
No one needs to take Kiko's job
Miyagiyoda as democratically elected leader assigned Kiko as DBI. If forum admin doesn't agree then tough s***, he's not our president. I urge you all, allow Kiko what he is entitled to, allow him his dignity. He may be expendable for the forum admin, but he's not expendable for eSA!

No one is expendable from eSA. Even if Zansi was in-fact willing to cover all cabinet positions, that is not the will of our President Miyagiyoda. This is a farce and I can't believe it's continued so long.

In Australia's forums, the standard forum rules don't apply to Government forums. Admins and Gmods are not permitted to enforce powers there unless specifically requested by the Moderator of the respective forums, IE: Speaker in the Senate/Congress forums or the Prime Minister /CP in the Cabinet forums.
Maybe you guys need the same thing put in place : )

I think the pertinent question is why you've still got a hard on for him? It's been months. I don't think he spends as much time thinking about you as you seem to do thinking about him.
This article is about Zansi and his management. Only thing I remember about his management is his prejudiced decisions about Ten. So why shouldn't I state it here?

i felt for a while now the forums is not what it should be, hence my very infrequent visits. a Shame cause if there is one that feels this way you will find there is many more............

Okay, i think i went a little bit overboard over here.
This is dumb, I was discussing this with Will earlier and the problem is that there's a fine line which has to be walked. What we are saying is: "Zansi, manage our forums" but at the same time, we'd like a little say in how it is. We'd like some input and for you to not be the supreme end-all, say-all ruler. Xavier made a good point about how Australia manages their forums.
I've expressed numerous times how appreciative I am of the forums, numerous people have even offered to help you with the money-aspect for running them.
As much as I like the forums, and think it is a great place to go, you have done this yourself by overstepping your boundaries in situations like this.
I'm just stopping by to read some good entertaining arguments, thanks everyone

Zansi/Al is acting like a dictator, he thinks because he runs the forum for the community he can do whatever he wants and thats not the case. I wasn't an advocate for moving to another forum but it seems Al doesn't let us any other choice. He thinks he can dictate how congress and government is run and who can be a member of government and that should never be the case. he runs the forum for the community and it's not the other way around, without the eSA community there is no forum.
