Hello friends,
Today im glad to say that my company "Or City" as finish 2 projects i made, im talk about at least 475 houses units from Q1 and up to Q4. I gave to 5 workers from my company a small bonus of 1,000$ cc for them hard work, each time we finish a project i pick 5 workers who work all weeks and many times.
My company sold so far more than 1,000 houses units, i made many orders to players who ask from me on private for example 20 houses Q1 and more 10 houses Q2, i also had many great offers in my project K - Towers especially to new and young citizens(i got many orders from them), and today i take a big step and jump to something new and much more hard and big program.
The 2 big project my company has finish are K - Towers and Or Park Tower:
Those days we are working about a "Mega Project" this gonna be a really special project because who gonna build it is not just me and my company its gonna be build by a players who want to take part in this program.
I offer to players those days to join to my Group Entrepreneurship, this group put some money in my company and with this money we buy houses in a price and after 1-2 months we sell them, now, i know every one can do this alone but as a group that work together we can make alot of money something u cant do alone so as i said after 1-2 months i sell the houses in higher price and if i will be need i will sell some houses that i produce to add more money to the project so people will make more money.
How much it cost to be a friend in this group? 50,000cc YES! i know its cost alot BUT we are talking about a new "icon" something that come to this game in the first time a group of players that work together to make money TOGETHER, after players send me the 50k i buy the houses Q1-Q5 and after 1-2 months i will sell them at higher price.
We already have many members in the group, people who pay the 50k to join us, people who believe us, and of course our investors of my company that add some money to the project.
Many people afraid from a scam, i can understand it but my comapny have alot of people who can tell u that im not a scammer, im just a kid that try to bring something new to this game, its something that never had been befor it is amazing new thing, something that bring to a teamwork between so many players.
Today the prices of houses goes up and up so as fast as u will join us u can make more money, there is only few places we have left to players who wanna join and take part in our project because as i said befor many players already join i post so many times in the chat a message and invite so many people to take part in this some of them agree and some didnt wanted to take part.

No exact numbers, no trusted players, no nothing.
No real plan, everyone can do the same without giving you the CC.

I would only invest if you can warrant me that it is a scam and that I will lose my money. I'm not interested if I'll make a profit or even recover my investment.

I am not an investor, but to my knowledge Kai Or is not a scammer. He is someone who tries to make a difference putting his energy in house companies. Much energy and much enthusiasm to make eRepublik a better world.

How can you be so sure that houses prices will raise in 2 months? It can also fall down a lot and everyone lose money.
if the rise will fall down my company will sell the houses she produce and every one will get them money each one of the members of this project will get his money back 🙂
The price could fall so much you wouldn't be able to return investment.. What about then?

Another Kai Or article, another scheme where I have absolutely 0 clue how it even works.

I suppose anyone looking to invest will do their own research beforehand and come to their own conclusions but Kai's new idea doesn't pass the sniff test. The basic premise is that if you and many other people give him lots of money, he's going to buy and hoard lots of houses for a period of time. After a few months, the price will have gone up so high that when he then sells the houses he'll have made a huge profit for everyone.
That sounds fine, if a little skeezy (would you not be pissed at the guy who bought all the food in a market in order to jack up prices?), but:
a) There's no guarantee it will actually be a success - if prices rise high enough and more people enter the housing market because of the new profitability, prices will eventually fall again, especially when a hoard of houses are reintroduced into the market.
b) There's no reason to keep all the houses/money in his account. Why not just coordinate the purchases? That way, worse case scenario, you still have houses in your account that possibly are worth less than you paid for?
c) Nobody who has invested with Kai Or has come forward yet, which is a tad supicious.

This is stupid on so many levels. Fortunately I don't feel compelled to help others avoid this confidence scam, as he's done such a first rate job of exposing himself as having just a wisp of smoke and no mirrors.
