Interview with Kai Or - The business empire


Kai Or is a friend of mine who's looking to promote some of his housing projects. He sells in bulk and often seeks investors to help him build a house manufacturing imperium. Let's get started!



Hi Kai Or, would you be so kind to introduce yourself to our readers?
Yes please, this account was previously owned by my sister. When she decided to leave the game i decided to take it off her hands as i wanted to play erepublik myself. This game allows you to be what u can’t be in real life like the president of a country and u can do many fun things like wars and start your own political party and own companies.

In your articles you speak about a project start by you and ran by a select group of entrepreneurs in order to create a business imperium, can you tell us more about the projects?
Yes, "The Tower Projects" is a great project i worked on for the past 3 weeks. Its purpose was to help to new citizens. I had so many offers that was able to help young and new citizens to buy houses. The "group of entrepreneurs" you are referring to is another project i'm running. There is a lot of money involved in this project as the buy-in costs 50.000cc. Returns on investment however are also high, you can earn a lot of money. I've been able to pay 10.000cc plus the initial investment as a reward for the investment.

You are mainly focussed on the house market, can you disclose some details on salary costs, and setup costs involved buying the required companies?
If u talk about the salary of my workers than i can't tell u how much i pay them. I do however give 1 or 2 workers a small bonus of 500cc-1,000cc each month. These employees are selected based on how many days they workedand how many times a day. Currently I own more than 20 raw house material companies and more than 30 house factories.

Are you interested in moving to other business sectors such as weapons or food?
Right now i only sell houses however in the future i would like to sell other products as well.

I see you are also trying to support young citizens in the United Kingdom, what made you decide to do this?
I do not only support young citizens in the UK but in general(world wide) and try to help them as much as I can. It is hard to make money and succeed in this game when you are a new or relatively young player. I hope and believe that if i help new citizens they will keep playing the game and the community will grow.

What initiatives have you taken to help them?
I invite them to join my projects or sell them houses in low prices. When they join my projects I let them work for me. If they need anything i try to help them to the best of my ability.

If I were to join your business project what are the requirements and what do I need to do?
Right now i'm running my biggest project so far. The requirements are to send me 50k cc. With this money i invest in my company, producing a HUGE amount of houses. After 1-2 months i sell all the houses that i produced from the invested money and pay back the investment with an added 10kcc interest. There have been a lot of peolpe who've joined this project and made the 50k cc downpayment.
