KHMC: Our Future

Four days ago I sent out the following message via forum e-mail to all registered members and to some in-game who, on-the-fly without looking, I knew didn't have a forum account.

Dear Members

As we're getting down to it now, I am going to start the formal phase of nominations for the office of Prime Minister (Country President).

Head to the nomination thread on party forums if you wish to nominate someone. (If you do, make sure prior to doing so that they indeed wish to run).

CONDUCT OF SELECTION

The date is now the 30th of August my time. By 2nd September I would like to have a list that we can decide to a) Bring to a debate; or b) Vote on up-or-down. Either way, by the 3rd of September, I want the party's decision to select in game mechanics.

That was 4 days ago. Approx. 6 days ago I started upping the ante on the nomination thread. Almost nil response.

I could go on but because I know I've done the right thing and I'm not having my personal timetable messed up, I will say the following as TL😉R

Members put forward candidates, hold a hearing of member input, put up a vote and do it all by the stated timeline of tomorrow.. or I'm forced to make the decision for myself. I must say I am disappointed that despite this being a matter of published interest in the party for days now, I'm getting messages from members asking what's going on.

My availability in RL meant I had to wind this up and I was 200% upfront with the timetable and what I was looking for in terms of process. It wasn't asking for much. So please..
