EZC Is Not For Me

EZC
So, what was it? You may ask. What tipped the scales? What finally made me say enough of this crap? I could still be EZC and leave the Feds. Well, I made another visit to the forum and checked out a post in the EZC section. There, a member of EZC was complaining that the "in crowd" was holding him back from advancing in rank. He expressed a desire to leave EZC on this account. I think he wanted to be captain of a regiment in the last election. The problem does not lie with him. It lies in the the response. Also, trust me. There is an "in crowd"
Next thing you know, Jacksondr5, our fearless leader, posted a new thread, in response, cursing out EZC, F-bombs and all. Last I heard, captain of a regiment is not the only opportunity for advancement in EZC to make a name for yourself. Why was this not told to new EZC members? Why is it okay for a leader to curse at EZC in the forum for all to see, but I can't call someone rude in IRC without a backlash? There is a major double standard here. I wouldn't be surprised if that post gets edited or deleted to avoid further embarrassment to the party and EZC. To think that a so called leader in the party finds it okay to post that trash is beyond excusable.
Strike three! It is right then and there, I left the party and EZC. It was abundantly clear that the party had been PTO'd by a bunch of elitists who think their way is better. I have been in conflict with them since their arrival. You will see what I mean as I continue. They finally got what they wanted, me to leave.
Still, at this point, it may have been possible to salvage this mess and get me to return. There are still Feds who have recently become active again which do not wish me to go. I will miss them. Some sort of compromise could have been made. I may even have swallowed the bitter pill and apologized just to smooth things over. Of course, it would have been an insincere apology, but it's what was wanted. Then, something happened which turned me from angry and stubborn to furious and relentless. To say that one of the Fed leaders crossed the line, is putting it mildly. If you are still unaware, you're going to be shocked. You want to know why I blew up at freckledick? Read on.

FIRST! Now let me go read it.
this is getting interesting.
If you're leaving the Feds, that's your decision but don't quit the game. Try the military or another party, leave the baggage behind. It's sad to see long time players leave.
Actually, Jackson was called out on it, and he was spoken to on irc that same day. The post in question was removed.

Sounds like how I was treated by the Feds.

wow...they really pissed you off...
A woman scorned

The whole Captain thing got out of hand because initially Captains originally only had the ability to remove members from a Military Unit. Then came the Setting Orders function and subsequent bonuses of Energy Bars and Bazookas for putting 25 Kills towards that Order. Soldiers started to value the rewards more than actually fighting for the nation and complained with Captains delayed in setting orders. Jacksondr5 was right in addressing the issue, though probably did not take the right tone. The work the EZC leadership puts into setting orders and distributing supplies is admirable, however soldiers were not recognizing the efforts being made and only noticed they weren't getting the bonuses from in-game order kills (though some already had problems making 25 kills per day before the new feature). The system is not perfect in EZC and improvements are being implemented, but we should remember that it does take time and energy to keep the militia moving.
lol@JohnJay...again
Kara, I personally moved that post to the trash when i saw it.

I was made aware of that. The point is that Jacksondr5 is leadership and his behavior is unacceptable. He will still continue to be included in leadership affairs and has no right to remain there. I have already exposed his immaturity and incompetence once before, when he was PP. I am why he did not run for a second term. The only reason I stopped my attack on him was out of respect for the PP who replaced him's wishes. It was at this very time when I should have finished what I started and continued to drive Angelini out of the party.

Bawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
Okey dokey madam hypocrite. You have written a 5 page expose or w/e the hell you want to call what you've done today about how we all drove you from the party and how wrong it was, and you admit to attempting to drive another leader from that party, I have *never* tried to make you leave the party. All I have ever done is attempt to get you to lighten up and consider the way you speak to people.
You are a hypocrite. You expect special treatment and you do not care what you say or how you treat other people. This morning I was lamenting the fact that you had left. I am now happy, someone who actively tries to get another member to quit has no place on a team of people trying to accomplish something. Thank you for verifying what I only suspected about you.
Normally, I would refrain from commenting (as I have to this point on any of these articles) as it does not concern me aside from my vantage as a bystander... but Angelini brings up a solid point. A central premise to your five articles is that you have been driven from the Federalist party by what can only be described -- based upon my inference of your point of view -- as a 'new elite' of the Federalist party. However in your comments in this article, you mention an intention on your part to exact a similar fate on Angelini while indicating no cause, neither broad nor specific.
"It was at this very time when I should have finished what I started and continued to drive Angelini out of the party."
If this is as you say, if you yourself were driven from the party while contemplating schemes of a similar intent, then In this instance, is she wrong to call you a hypocrite?
I only ask that you not interpret this question as judgment, as I stated before I have no real interest in this beyond that of a bystander. Based on what I have seen in the past, I have always held the opinion that you were a hard working individual, no matter whether your service was to the Federalist Party or to the administration; a player passionate for the cause she champions.
Beyond this, I look forward to the next article. Not one that highlights the Federalist Party, for whatever reason; but rather an article that will elucidate your plans for the future. It would be a shame for such potential to go to waste when you do still have a zeal for this game -- which you obviously do to write these articles -- even if you have effectively ended your relationship with the Federalist Party at large.
I know, tl;dr; sorry about that, kids. Luckily, it all made it in under 2000 characters. 😛
@Angelini & Deificus
It seems that elaboration is needed. You are right. My statement does seem as though I am a hypocrite.
When I was saving the party from a second term of jacksondr5's foolishness, Angelini provided resistance on his behalf. I successfully drove my point and beat down all the leaders who opposed me and defended him. Gnilraps became the next PP with no opposition from Jacksondr5. Shortly after, Angelini posted in the forum that she was taking some time away from the Feds and would cease her interference. I believe she stated that she would stay away if she felt not wanted. It was then I realized that I had unintentionally drove her to this point. At that point, Gnilraps asked me to keep the peace, so I remained silent. I had achieved the desired outcome (new PP). This resulted in Angelini slowly coming back to reclaim her grip in the Party.
