FRIENDSHIP AGREETMENT BETWEEN eARGENTINA, eTURKEY AND eUKRAINE

[With modification made on 1,658 eDay]

Chapter I: Purposes and Principles

By signing the Friendship Agreement, eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine acknowledge the good relations that bind their countries together and hereby commit to the speedy and full implementation of this Agreement which shall make a significant contribution to
promoting military and diplomatic colaboration between all three countries.

Thus, by signing this Agreement the Parties purport to create a strong diplomatic and military union inside EDEN showing an example of mutual understanding and colaboration for the sake of better future for all citizens of the Parties.

We, the countries that signed the Friendship Agreement, wish to continue to increase this level of cooperation and friendship between our peoples, working as well to ensure peace and to protect the sovereignty of each of our countries.

Article 1: Territorial Integrity

By signing the Friendship Agreement, eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine hereby swear to respect each other’s territorial integrity. These countries also agree on the following points:

1. Commitment by the three states to respect each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,

2. Commitment to non‐interference in the internal affairs of the other state and the rejection of the use of force, as well as a commitment to equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful coexistence.

Chapter II: Mutual Protection and Cooperation

Article 1: Military Protection

Under this agreement, eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine will guarantee the independence of each other and ensure that it is kept, not only in territorial but also in political terms.

1. Mutual Protection Pacts are to be signed and constantly renewed between these nations as needed.
2. In the case that one of these countries is declarated as NE, the other ones will give to it all military support what each country is able to provide during the timewar to protect the sovereignty of these country.
3. If one of these countries shall declare a country as NE, the other ones should give to it as much military support as they can.

Article 2: Political Protection

In the case that one of these countries is under threat of an enemy Political Take-Ove, will be expected to organize a joint task-force with members of all other three nations and act according to the Anti Take-Over objectives, leaving as soon as the immediate danger is over.

Article 3: Diplomatic cooperation

Always respecting the individual interests of EDEN and each others, the countries who are under this Agreetment agree to:

1. Share any information which can threaten the safety of these nations.
2. Defend jointly these countries’ interests inside EDEN
3. Bring for an unanimously attitude on international issues.

Article 4: Social cooperation

To promote contact between their peoples, all three countries agree to:

1. Each country who are under this Agreetment, in order, every decade of cadence month, will have te status of “host country” in order to organize entertaining events between citizens.

2. Acknowledge the right of their people to obtain the citizentships of whichever country who are under this Agreetment by a simplified procedure.

Chapter III: Concerning the Treaty’s Organization

Article 5:

Under the Friendship Agreement, each country has equal rights, regardless of population size and military strength.

Article 6: Parties communication between governments

All three countires recognize the importance of having proper organization and agree in:

1. Create a board composed of the elected CP, MOFAs and MoDs of each country, for coordination and take of decisions relative to the affairs of this Agreetment.
2. To fulfill the previous point, create a channel for communication for the Presidents, MoFAs and MoDs and other representatives of each country.

Article 7: Parties communication between Congresses

1. eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine agree in create an Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of ATU, consisting of the chairman and one congressman of each party who is represented in the Congress of each of the three countries.
2. The Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of ATU will be assembled in a channel when is needed, but at least once per decade of month to discuss legislative issues in all the areas.
3. The Inter-Parliamentary sessions will be presided over by the chairman of the Congress of the country which acts as “host country” that decade of month.

Chapter IV: Concerning the flexibility of the treaty

Any signing country can call for an update of the agreement whenever it is judged necessary. Each modification has to be accepted by all parties in order to take effect. Should these negotiations fail and the said country is unable to make its update proposal approved, it may leave the treaty by notification in a official article of the country president.

УГОДА ПРО ДРУЖБУ МІЖ еАРГЕНТИНОЮ, еТУРЕЧЧИНОЮ ТА еУКРАЇНОЮ

Глава I: Засади та принципи

Підписуючи договір про дружбу, еАргентина, еТуреччина і еУкраїна затверджують хороші відносини, які пов'язують країни, і тим самим беруть на себе зобов'язання якнайшвидшого і повного виконання цієї угоди, яка має зробити значний внесок у зміцненні військової та дипломатичної співпраці між нашими країнами.

Ця угода знаменує початок тривалого дипломатичного та військового союзу сторін в рамках ЕДЕНу, показуючи приклад взаєморозуміння та співпраці на благо громадян наших держав.

Ми, країни, які підписали цей договір про дружбу, засвідчуємо цим свій намір збільшувати рівень співробітництва і дружби між нашими народами, працюючи над забезпеченням миру і захисту суверенітету кожної з наших країн.

Пункт 1. Територіальна цілісність

Підписуючи договір про дружбу, еАргентина, еТуреччина і еУкраїна клянуться поважати територіальну цілісність один одного, в тому числі беруть на себе наступні зобов’язнання:

1. Зобов'язання трьох держав поважати суверенітет і територіальну цілісність один одного.

2. Зобов'язання невтручання у внутрішні справи один одного та відмова від застосування сили, а також зобов’язання рівності і взаємної вигоди, мирного співіснування.

Глава II: Взаємний захист і співробітництво

Пункт 1. Військовий захист

Відповідно до цієї угоди, еАргентина, еТуреччина і еУкраїна будуть гарантувати незалежність один від одного, як щодо територіальної, так і щодо політичної цілісності.

1. МПП повинні бути підписані і постійно оновлюватися між цими країнами в міру необхідності.
2. У випадку, якщо одній з цих країн буде виставлено НЕ, інші дві країни мають нади їй всю військову допомогу, яку кожна з країн в змозі надати протягом війни, з метою захисту сувернітету цієї країни.
3. Якщо одна з цих країн виставить НЕ якійсь державі, інші дві країни мали б надити їй якнайбільше військової допомоги.

Пункт 2. Політичний захист

У випадку, якщо одна з цих країн перебуває під загрозою ворожого ТО, зусиллями всіх трьох країн організуються спільні заходи згідно анти-ТО завдань, і завершать їх як тільки небезпека закінчиться.

Пункт3. Дипломатичне співробітництво

Завжди поважаючи індивідуальні інтереси EDEN і один одного, країни відповідно до цього Договору зобов'язуються:

1. Ділиться будь-якою інформацією, яка може загрожувати безпеці цих країн.
2. Спільно захищати інтереси наших країн в EDEN.
3. Прагнути одноголосної позиції по міжнародним питанням.
Пункт4. Соціальне співробітницво
З метою заохочувати контакти між їхніми народами, сторони погодили:
1. В рамках цієї Угоди, кожна країна по черзі, щодекади місяця, буде посідати статус «приймаючої країни» задля організації рекреативних заходів між нашими громадянами. 2. Визнати право наших народів на отримання громалдянств країн-підписувачів цього договору за спрощеною процедурою.

Глава ІІІ. Організація Угоди про Дружбу

Пункт5.

Згідно із цією Угодою кожна із Сторін має рівні права незалежно від кількості її громадян та військової сили.

Пункт6. Міжурядовий зв"язок сторін

Всі три визнаючи важливість належної організації, погодили:

1. Створити Раду, до складу якої входитимуть обрані Президенти, а також призначені Міністри закордонних справ та оборони від кожної із країн, з метою координації та обговорення рішень, що матимуть вплив на кожну із Сторін.
2. З метою реалізації визначених вище цілей Сторони, створити спільний канал зв’язку для членів Ради та інших представників кожної із країн.

Пункт7. Міжпарламентський зв”язок сторін
1. еАргентина, еТуреччина та еУкраїна погодили створити Міжпарламентську Асамблею АТУ, яка складатиметься з спікерів та одного представника кожної партії, яка представлена в Конгресах кожної з стрьох.
2. Міжпарламентська Асамблея АТУ буде збиратися на засідання при потребі, але не рідше чим щодесять днів, для обговорення законодавчих питань в всіх галузях.
3. Сесійні засідання, на каналі зв"язку Міжпарламентської Асамблеї АТУ, будуть проведені за головуванням спікері тої країни, яка в тій декаді місяця посідає права «країни приймача».

Глава ІV. Про гнучкість договору

Будь-яка країна може вимагати оновлення угоди, коли в цьому буде потреба. Кожна зміна має бути прийнята всіма Сторонами для того, щоб вона вступила в силу. Якщо такі переговори не відбудуться і країна не буде в змозі підтримати такі зміни, вона може залишити цю Угоду після офіційного оголошення Президента країни в пресі.
