Chapter 2:

This was a new beacon. The people believed again, once they saw this light. This light, emerging from the smoke and flames of the land before time.

This light, illuminating in the darkness. This light, shining down from the heavens, was Him. He was here to expel the darkness. He would change the fate of the world, from chaos to balance.

Some didn't believe he could do it, and they fell into the deep, despairing. They never again emerged from the great chasm in the earth. But the ones who did believe, the ones who truly felt that this prophet could save them from their dire situation, they were the ones who were saved. He showed them the door in the air, the portal to a new world.

Only the ones who believed escaped. As the prophet led them to the door, they were stopped. The greatest force in the world stepped between them and the door. He stepped forward, in front of a giant demon.
