Against cheating: I want compensation AND official apology

I guess you all know about the wave of fake bazooka babies. If not you should read more about them in the articles of veterans like Nalaja and clawy or Bandi0717.
Sometimes this matters more, other times less. Since the last week brought about the invasion of Hungary by Ukraine, Bulgaria and Croatia we Hungarians felt hit by this new fashion use of fakes whereas others may just say this is just the same old story. The point I want to make however is about compensation for gold/IRL money spent against fake bazooka heroes.
In my opinion there is something quite perverse about the developers’ refusal to compensate for battles screwed by fake tanking. I mean look at the amount of gold spent on the battle by ONE heroes, the efforts of whom were however denied by cheats. The superheroes of ONE were all there in the Battle for Budapest: Grievous, Attila14, Scymex, Aexil Kong, PedjaT and many many more and they all spent generously to achieve victory. The battle lasted for 14 rounds, Bulgaria won by 8-6. Changing the result of only one minibattle in this case would have changed everything.
Yes admins are banning the multies when reported but what about the gold spent on nothing? To me this looks similar to purchasing stuff or banking online. Lets say that someone steals the details of your credit card and then takes 200 euros from your account. What does the bank say? Bad luck we will imprison them if we catch them? What is ebay doing if a seller is not delivering the goods you have paid for? No compensation just a shrug of shoulder? No that is not the way proper businesses work. If you are suffering a loss while using the facilities of a company online you are entitled to compensation AND an official apology.
That is then what I’d like to get here as well. I’d like erepublik to follow the norm. Pay compensation for damages and apologize.

I would say that nearly 50% of top players are buying gold. Many deny it or are trying to conceal their purchases but the share of gold buyers is a lot higher than you would think.
This game has always had terrible admins, and the game itself is also crappy. If those who spend real money on the game still believe that it is worth it, these issues probably won't change their mind.

We are talking about a BUSINESS here! This is not some kind of crappy blog that you've created for free and use to whatever you find fit. erepublik is an online company that offers some kind of service to its customers. Thus as all businesses it is accountable for the quality and safety of its products and the environment in which it operates. Is that not a basic fact? All I want is to see that I get the same level of customer service here as in any other self respecting online shop.
Admins need mastercards for obvious reasons, but they also need multies for stats boost. Since some people are still retarted enough to spend lotsa RL money on this game, every resistance is futile.
Polands again cheating? ......well.....where are your 60.000 people in v1?

And maybe Karlista found the only way to force admins to do something with all those fake accounts. Worth a vote.
Tremeda, this is exactly the point. If erep sucks and admins are still earning their money, they won't be compelled to change anything. You can write all you want about responsibility, quality, marketing, etc. - bottom line is they got profit, so nothing's gonna change.

Those players in top5 and the other big customers have been spending real money on the game for years/months. There were many similar issues to this one, but they're still here making erepublik a profitable business. And that is why erepublik is still running, because the company makes profit.
Basically our future is in the hand of those mastercard masters. If they continue spending huge amounts of money on this game (that has become extremely boring and dumb imo) admins won't change anything and the rest of the players will be just robots: work+train+fight+whining about the game.
I'm only here cause I'm waiting for the next strength migration(if there'll be any) and hoping for something like the v2 war module which was great.
erepublik is based in the EU, I think in Ireland therefore EU legislation regarding online trading should apply to erepublik
