Desde el Gobierno de Cuba deseamos informar del acuerdo con el Gobierno de México para realizar una TW entre ambos países.

La TW se realizará en las regiones de Golfo de México, Northwest of México y Northeast of Mexico.

Cuba deberá ganar las batallas directas y México las RW. Se intentará que Cuba tenga en todo momento dos regiones en territorio mexicano.

Después de las elecciones al congreso se reiniciará la TW.
El día 26 México ganará la directa y la RW.
El día 27 México ganará la directa y la RW en caso de existir.
El día 28 México conquistará Western Cuba.
El día 29 México atacará Las Villas, debiendo ganar Cuba la batalla.
El día 30 Cuba atacará México y recuperará Western Cuba.
En este punto se vuelve a iniciar la TW con las regiones ya indicadas.

Cuba y México se comprometen semanalmente los impuestos recaudados en las regiones bajo su poder mediante la fórmula acordada por ambos gobiernos.

Este acuerdo debe ser renovado los días 7 de cada mes por los nuevos CP, pudiendo ser cancelado de manera unilateral por cualquiera de los países.
En tal caso ambos países devolverán todas las regiones ocupadas en el menor tiempo posible y se firmará un Tratado de Paz.

From the Government of Cuba we wish to inform about the agreement with the Government of Mexico to make a TW between both countries.

The TW will be carried out in the Gulf of Mexico, Northwest of Mexico and Northeast of Mexico regions.

Cuba must win the direct battles and Mexico the RW. It will be tried that Cuba has at all times two regions in Mexican territory.

After the congressional elections the TW will be restarted.
On the 26th Mexico will win the direct and the RW.
On the 27th Mexico will win the direct and the RW if it exists.
On the 28th, Mexico will conquer Western Cuba.
On the 29th Mexico will attack Las Villas, Cuba must win the battle.
On the 30th Cuba will attack Mexico and recover Western Cuba.
At this point the TW is restarted with the regions already indicated.

Cuba and Mexico commit themselves weekly the taxes collected in the regions under their power through the formula agreed by both governments.

This agreement must be renewed on the 7th of each month by the new CPs, and may be canceled unilaterally by any of the countries.
In this case both countries will return all the occupied regions in the shortest possible time and a Peace Treaty will be signed.

Des del Govern de Cuba desitgem informar de l'acord amb el Govern de Mèxic per a realitzar una TW entre els dos països.

La TW es realitzarà a les regions de Golf de Mèxic, Northwest of Mèxic i Northeast of Mèxic.

Cuba haurà de guanyar les batalles directes i Mèxic les RW. S'intentarà que Cuba tingui en tot moment dues regions en territori mexicà.

Després de les eleccions al congrés es reiniciarà la TW.
El dia 26 Mèxic guanyarà la directa i la RW.
El dia 27 Mèxic guanyarà la directa i la RW en cas d'existir.
El dia 28 Mèxic conquistarà Western Cuba.
El dia 29 Mèxic atacarà Les Viles, havent de guanyar Cuba la batalla.
El dia 30 Cuba atacarà Mèxic i recuperarà Western Cuba.
En aquest punt es torna a iniciar la TW amb les regions ja indicades.

Cuba i Mèxic es comprometen setmanalment els impostos recaptats a les regions sota el seu poder mitjançant la fórmula acordada per tots dos governs.

Aquest acord ha de ser renovat els dies 7 de cada mes pels nous CP, podent ser cancel·lat de manera unilateral per qualsevol dels països.
En aquest cas els dos països tornaran totes les regions ocupades en el menor temps possible i es signarà un Tractat de Pau.
