Emitimos este comunicado para hacer algunas aclaraciones sobre el funcionamiento del Congreso, en la Ley de Procedimientos del Congreso (LPC) existe el siguiente artículo sobre las votaciones:

Como se puede ver, he subrayado el punto en el cual al abrir el mass MP de la votaciones hay que agregar el link al debate en el Foro, esto corresponde ya que la LPC fue hecha en sintonía con otra ley actualmente derogada: la Ley de Estatutos del Foro de de Cuba

Dicha ley, redactada por Sir Cocodrile, Runy69 3.0 y Janty F, establecía que los debates del Congreso se realizaban en el Foro y del mismo modo estipulaba claramente que las votaciones deberían realizarse ingame abriendo los mass MP que fueran necesarios.
Al estar derogada la Ley del Foro, la LPC ha quedado obsoleta en varios de sus artículos, particularmente el artículo en cuestión establece la apertura de mass MP específicos para la votación, en el sentido de diferenciarlo del mass MP general del Congreso y no de los mass MP también específicos abiertos para el debate, ya que supone que los debates se realizaban en el Foro. Por lo tanto, existiendo mass MP específico abierto para el debate, el artículo se cumple sin necesidad de abrir otro para la votación, ya que claramente este se diferencia del mass MP general del Congreso.

This law, drafted by Sir Cocodrile, Runy69 3.0 and Janty F, established that the debates of the Congress were held in the Forum and likewise stipulated clearly that the votes should be made in good time by opening the necessary MPs.
As the Law of the Forum has been repealed, the LPC has become obsolete in several of its articles, particularly the article in question establishes the opening of specific MPs for voting, in the sense of differentiating it from the general MP group of the Congress and not from the mass MP also specific open to the debate, since it assumes that the discussions were held in the Forum. Therefore, since there is a specific mass MP open to debate, the article is fulfilled without having to open another one for voting, as this clearly differs from the general MassMP of the Congress.
