A few days ago, Matthew gallaugher, now an American citizen known as Máedóc was permanently banned from the ecanada forums and irc. He had previously been temporarily banned.

Kilgore trout asked the court to interpret the new constitution, and advise of its practice, relating to the absence of term limits for judges. A decision has been rendered. Judges are not subject to term limits. They may resign or be removed

I smile everytime I read or hear someone say that the court is not useful because the forum admins ultimately make changes to masking. This statement has many forms: “the court has no teeth”, “the court can’t force the Admins to do anything”,
