大家好~ 摳八挖~
還記得年初的時候拎北買了一台小粉紅健身車嗎?
恩...分期三個月終於還清了 (賀)
我也老老實實地盡量每天騎
體重從逼近70降到66，是沒多少啦
但是腰圍從34降到32，超開心的耶~
現在目標是把體重繼續往下拉回60左右
腰圍當然能保持到30是最完美的啦！哈哈哈
