Zlatoust Weapons Company Update.

In order to supply Russia with higher quality weapons. Zlatoust Weapons Company has made the following arrangement with Soviet Weapons:

Manifesto will be upgrading Soviet Weapons to a Q2 or possibly Q3 weapons company. All workers at Zlatoust Weapons with skill level of 2.0 or higher will be immediately laid off with the instruction to immediately post their CV and go to work for Soviet Weapons. In turn, any employees with a skill level lower than 2.0 will be similarly released from Soviet Weapons and instructed to seek employment at Zlatoust until their skill level reaches 2.0.

This is the same arrangement that Zlatoust Weapons Company had with Bear Cavalry until that company became inactive. From its inception Zlatoust was intended to be an internship program to train workers until they could advance to a higher level company.
