there should be lots of people needing jobs in the human resources section! look through it in reverse order for the newest people first as the old unemployed have probably had several offers already and are not really active
I've already got 7 or so employees from sending job proposals to a few peopl on the list. Tomorrow I'll go through pretty much sending one to anyone. Some of my employees have a low wellness, so I'll probably end up sending gifts round.
I pay people not only according to skill but wellness also. you can also encourage people to move to a region with a hospital...
