Article edited. Now more effortless to check out the songs.

Ok first of all, the missions...

That´s obvious why I originally began to write this.
But I finally found something "useful" or maybe more interesting to write and to read, than just acting like Bludo wants.

Don´t be freaked out about the outlook of this "wall" of text 🙂
I really hope you find some "catch" within and /or have an opinion, too.
And please, leave your comment(s).

So, let´s kick the big wheel rollin.

While listening some random music from radio, I got an idea for next article and it´s gonna be music related.
Music has made a huge impact on me from my early years and still have quite a big part of my life.

So I wanted to share some songs, which inspired, influenced or had some "greater" meaning to me.

(Of course there´s way too many to pinpoint out.. but let´s ROCK)

A little trick here is that besides the original ones, I sought some tributes / covers.
It wasn´t that easy task 🙂

Let´s start with something "newer"

#1/1 The Trooper, Steve Vai
(don´t mind about vocals here)
The Trooper by Iron Maiden was actually the first (whole)song I learned to play with drums.
Ok, let´s take it again. This time you really don´t have to mind about vocals.

Just try to focus on elsewhere 😛
(Comping by drum-machine bothers me, but I have my eyes open)
#2/1 The Trooper; by tit$
-Wow!

#2 The ultimate and incredible ROCK band from past. And it´s maybe the most known Staitway to Heaven by Orchestra
-That´s THE song! Slowly increasing from tiny atom to huge explosion.
Zeppelin had the greatest ROCK-drummer, ever(IMO).

#3 This next band, at least released the beast out of me and soon I found my self taking drum lessons and had me practicig 6 to 12 hrs a day, seven days a week. More than 10 yrs.

Deep Purple; BURN; by Finnish singer
It was difficult to find cover for this one. Ian Paise´s drumming is so unique but
these guys are handling all quite well. The singer is Finnish and better known by totally opposite genre.

#4 Jimi Hendrix; Fire; By Kingston Wall
I´ll bet the first 20 seconds will make you "a what the h€ll I just heard" feeling.
(Drums: Sami Kuoppamäki. One of the top 5 in Finland (IMO) and he´s very wanted to sessions/projects)

#5 Toto; Africa; By Perpetuum Jazzile
I may have picked from many other Toto´s hits, but this maybe is the one that most people get in their mind when Toto is mentioned.
(Drums: Jeff Porcaro (RIP). Again one of the greatest drummer. Sadly he passed away in 1992.Whole band with world class musicians)

That´s it for now. Hope you enjoyed and maybe found something interesting to dig even deeper.

As I mentioned earlier, these was just a little scratch of surface. But maybe there´s more to come..
