Join the new world

Hello citizens of eIsrael.

So, as most of you know, i am officially making my application as a Israeli president for the next month. For who ever doesn’t know me; I am Rickolas, I worked in almost every ministry and job in eIsrael. Back from an Ex-Commander of Mahaz Platoon in the former eIDF; Sayeret Matkal Member, Four times Congress member, Three times Minister of Finance and Vice President under Sergeant Autumn. And, of course, playing more than a year for the benefits of eIsrael without asking for anything in return.

I have done anything i can for Israel even when it came to international levels. from wearing our flag under the battlefields to EDEN meetings and making our name better. Some ask why am I running for presidency, well I can proudly tell them I’m doing it for a better Israel.



I find communication between the government and it’s citizens one of; if not the most important thing in a good government.
That’s why me and my offices are going to publish reports every once in awhile, to keep you, the citizens informed of what’s going on in every part of the your country.
I believe and I have stated this more than once, that informed citizens are probably going to be more interested in the game and therefor will probably be more active. More than that I believe it can motivate newcomers to learn more about the game and keep playing it, as they’ll be more interested in what’s going on.



My Foreign Affairs team will work hard this month to fix the broken relations with Turkey, I have no intend to keep fighting with an ally. Even though they declared war on us (a NE passed in their congress) they’re still an ally and a member of EDEN.
This so called “Training War” is humiliating, but I think we can get over it in sake of our alliance.

This month I’ll also bring the ambassador program back to life, another step for having better relations with our allies and neutral countries. In the program, players will be sent to allied or neutral countries to represent Israel. It’s a very important job, as the player will be “the face of Israel” in country he’ll be sent to.


Ministry of Interior



This month my Interior team will work to get this country back to where it belongs, above 1000 citizens. It won’t be easy I promise you, but with help and commitment from the eIsraeli citizens I believe we can make it!

To help to keep these newcomers, the National Food Form for players level 29 or below be once again working for the sake of our babies but this time with expanded supplies. I believe after the deal we signed with Iran we can afford to spend more, budget will be bigger, and of course, more taxes from new people who develop our economy.



First off, without any due, MoD will be Meow. I know he might not hold sense of tact, but when he want to use it he does. We saw his experience under Joe Franco and in our war against United Arab Emirates. Meow will pick a guy on his side to be his right hand man.

During this term the first thing we are going to take care of the difficult situation with Turkey, and the so called “Training War” we’re having with them and get them out of our lands.

The office will also keep operating the weekly joint attacks of both Samson and the eIDF.
For both the Unity of our nation, and for the sake of helping our allies in a more efficient and noticeable way.

The eIDF

Another very important issue I want to talk about, is the discipline of our soldiers.
It’s not such an unusual thing to see soldiers fighting against the MoDs orders, not wearing the eIDF frame etc. We shall not let such things happen in the national army anymore, a soldier that will do such things will not get supplies, and if he won’t change his attitude he’ll be kicked out of the eIDF. Which from here, bring me to the next subject; Supplies , Supplies are going to be increased because of our agreement with Iran, which flowed some money into the system.
Supplies will still be effected from the countries gain from taxes, we won’t “break the bank”.



First off I want to state that not like some are claiming, I don’t want to dismantle Samson.
I’m for private military units in general, though a national army is a must in my opinion.
Samson will still be able to manage themselves while getting orders from the Ministry of Defence on a regular basis to maximize the power and efficiency of eIsrael on the battlefield.



This month the ministry will continue the economical conduct that was started last month, we’ll not spend more than we’re making, even with the 140 gold we got from the agreement with Iran we’ll not “break the bank”.
Even though the Ministry will start some projects like the National food form, or the subsidy program, a program which will pay the training costs of the most active and earnest soldiers of our country.

More than that this month the Transparent Financial reports will be back, for the citizens of eIsrael to know where and how much is their tax money being spent.

The office will also start to collect market statistics, to be able determine taxes and market changes in a better more efficient way, that will help our economy to run more smoothly.


Congress and Israeli Parties

This month I’m going to start working hand to hand with the Party Presidents and the Congress Members towards a congress which takes more responsibilities and will be more active.
We’ll start from the simple things we still don’t have like having an Chairman of the Congress, or just having congress members discussing law proposals.

More than that I would like to see Party Presidents working together to get the Congress Members more active and more responsible for their actions as Congress Members, and also to keep unworthy people from our congress.
For example I would like to see Party Presidents blocking (keeping them at the bottom of their lists) Congress Members that didn’t donate their medal to that state.



To sum it up, I have great plans for this month. An immediate reform is needed in several areas in corresponding times. I won’t be able to do that on my own, and every vote of yours, every question, every request or claim, all of these will be the key to Israel’s progres.
I’m all hope that I’ll be give the opportunity to prove you, that if you want it enough, everything is possible.

שלום אזרחי ישראל.

אז, כמו שאתם בוודאי יודעים, אני מכין באופן רשמי את המועמדות שלי לקראת בחירות נשיאות המדינה בחמישי בחודש. לאילו שאינם מכירים, קוראים לי ריקולוס, עבדתי בכמעט כל משרד ממשלתי אפשרי בישראל. החל ממפקד לשעבר של יחידת מח"ץ בצה"ל הישן, חבר בסיירת מטכ"ל, ארבע פעמים חבר כנסת, שלוש פעמים שר האוצר, וסגן נשיא המדינה תחת ממשלתו של אביב; וכמובן, אני משחק מעל לשנה עבור ישראל, כל זאת בלי לבקש תמורה.

עשיתי כמעט כל מה שאני יכול למען ישראל, אפילו כשזה הגיע למישורים בינלאומיים. ללבוש את דגלנו בשדה הקרב, ולייצג את ישראל בכבוד הראוי לה. חלק מכם וודאי ישאל, מדוע אני רץ לנשיאות? התשובה שתקבלו ממני תהיה חד משמעית, למען ישראל טובה יותר.



אני מוצא, כי תקשורת היא המפתח לממשלה מנצחת. תקשורת טובה משמעה ממשלה מתפקדת ופועלת.
זאת אחת הסיבות העיקריות, מדוע כל משרד תחת ממשלתי, יהיה מחוייב להוציא עדכון שותף על הנעשה בתחום אחריותו. הכל, למען מטרה אחת, והיא לשמור את העם מעודכן על הנעשה. מידת הפעילות של השחקנים השונים, מושפעת באופן ישיר במידת ההתעניינות שלהם במשחק.עדכון שוטף של האזרחים, יאפשר לאזרח הקטן ביותר, להוות בורג במערכת,להביע את דעותיו, ולהשפיע.
כפועל יוצא מכך, גם שחקנים חדשים אשר מגיעים למשחק, ימצאו עניין רב יותר, ויוכלו ללמוד בצורה המהירה ביותר האפשרית



צוות החוץ שלי, יעבוד באופן בלתי פוסק למען תיקון היחסים השבורים עם טורקיה. לאף אחד מן הצדדים אין שום אינטרס להמשיך להלחם בבת בריתה. למרות שהצעת האויב הטבעי שלהם עברה (משמע הם הכריזו עלינו מלחמה), אנחנו עדיין תחת אותה קורת גג של אחווה הדדית בברית עדן. "מלחמת האימונים" הזאת (או לפחות ככה נקראת) היא משפילה, אבל אני חושב שנוכל להתגבר על המהמורה הזאתי, ולקיים יחסי שכנים טובים אחד לצד השני. בנוסף, החודש הזה, אחזיר את תוכנית השגרירים.לחיים. צעד נוסף בדרך לקידום היחסים עם שכנותינו ובנות בריתינו. בתוכנית, ישלח שחקן (שגריר) לכל מדינת ברית או מדינה נייטרלית, וייצג שם את ישראל. זוהי עבודה חשובה מאוד, אותו שגריר יהיה "הפנים של ישראל" באותה מדינה אליה הוא ישלח.

משרד הפנים:



החודש הזה משרד הפנים הולך להחזיר את המדינה למקום אליו היא שייכת. מעל 1000 אזרחים רשומים. אני יודע, זה לא יהיה קל, אבל עם עזרה ומחויבות של העם, אני בטוח שנוכל לעשות את זה!

בשביל לעשות את כל זה, ראשית אחזיר את טופס האוכל לשחקנים חדשים (מתחת רמה 29) לפעולה בשנית. הכל למען תינוקות המדינה. אני מאמין, שלאחר ההסכם שחתמנו עם איראן, תקציב המדינה יגדל, ונוכל להרשות לעצמנו להוציא יותר כסף למען הרווחה במדינה.



ראשית, ללא ספק שר הבטחון החודש יהיה עמית - מיאו. אני יודע, הוא לא מראה הרבה טאקט, אבל כאשר הוא רצה הוא הוכיח שהוא יכול. ראינו את נסיונו הרב תחת ממשלת ג'ו פרנקו, בקרבות מול איחוד האמרויות הערביות. עמית יבחר אדם אחד, שיהווה לו סגן, ויהיה יד ימינו.

במהלך הקדנציה הנוכחית, נדאג לשטחים הישראלים אשר ילקחו בידי טורקיה במהלך "מלחמת האימונים" הזאתי, ונחזיר אותם לבעלות ישראלית. המשרד גם ימשיך בנוסח התקיפות המשותפות ביחד עם שמשון וצה"ל, למען אחדות של המדינה שלנו, ולמען עזרה לבעלי הברית שלנו בדרך יעילה יותר ו'נראת' יותר.

נושא חשוב נוסף, שרציתי לדבר עליו, הוא חוסר המשמעת של החיילים. זה לא דבר שאינו בשגרה, לראות חיילים נלחמים נגד הוראות משרד הביטחון, לא לובשים את המדים הצבאיים שלנו וכדומה. אסור לתת לדברים כאלו לקרות, במיוחד לא בצבא לאומי מסודר. מעכשיו, כל חייל שיעשה דברים כאלה לא יקבל אספקות, ואם הוא לא ישנה את הצורה שבה הוא פועל הוא יוצא מצה"ל. שמכאן, מביא אותי לנושא הבא - האספקות. החודש, נראה הגברה בכמות האספקה שתינתן לחיילים היות שאנחנו מקבלים כסף מהעסקה עם איראן. אף על פי שיהיה לנו יותר כסף, גם ממיסים וגם מהעסקה, לא נרוקן את האוצר לשם שיפור האספקה.



קודם כל, אני מעוניין להכריז, בניגוד למה שכמה אמרו עלי, אני לא הולך לפרק את שמשון. אני בעד יחידות פרטיות, באופן כללי, למרות שצבא לאומי הוא חובה מבחינתי. שמשון עדיין יהיו מסוגלים לנהל את עצמם על פי הפקודות ממשרד הביטחון כרגיל בכדי להביא את הכוח הצבאי של ישראל לשיא יכולת הארגון והנזק בשדה הקרב.



החודש, משרד האוצר ימשיך את תוכנית הקיצוצים אשר התחלנו בחודש שעבר.
אנחנו לא הולכים לבזבז יותר כסף מכדי ההכנסות שלנו, אפילו לא תודות ל140 הגולד אשר אנחנו הולכים לקבל עבור ההסכם עם איראן. שוב, אנחנו לא "נרוקן את קופת האוצר".
אפילו שמשרד האוצר יתחיל פרויקטים כמו החזרת טופס האוכל לשחקנים חדשים או סבסוד אימונים, פרויקט אשר יממן את מחירי האימונים של החיילים הכי פעילים ורציניים.

בנוסף, החודש הזה משרד האוצר יחזיר את הדוחות הכלכליים השקופים. כדי שכל אזרח יוכל לדעת בדיוק איפה הושקע כסף המיסים שלו ולאיזו מטרה.
כמו כן המשרד יתחיל לאסוף נתונים על השוק, כדי שיהיה לנו מבט על איפה מרוויחים יותר ואיפה פחות ואיך להתאים בכך את המיסים בדרך יעילה יותר, כדי שהכלכלה שלנו תפעל בצורה יותר מוצלחת.


הכנסת, והמפלגות הישראליות

החודש הזה, אני הולך להתחיל לעבוד יד ביד עם נשיאי המפלגות השונות בכדי לקדם את כוחו של הקונגרס ואת פעילותו. נתחיל לראות את השינוי, על ידי בחירת נשיא הכנסת, ועל ידי דיונים בכנסת על חוקים שונים.

יותר מכך, ארצה לראות ראשי מפלגות עובדים בשיתוף פעולה, בכדי לראות פחות ופחות אנשים לא ראויים בכנסת ישראל, לדוגמא, נשיאי מפלגה אשר יחסמו חברי כנסת קודמים אשר אינם תרמו את המדליה שלהם (בלימה משמעה שמירת האנשים הללו בתחתית רשימת המועמדים).



לסיכום, תוכניותי רבות לחודש הזה. דרושה רפורמה מיידית באזורים שונים אך בזמנים מקבילים. לא אוכל לעשות זאת לבד, וכל קול שלכם, כל שאלה, כל בקשה או טענה, כל אלו כולן יהוו מפתח להתקדמות מדינת ישראל.
