UP did not have a good showing in congress this term. What happened?
Where were the voters? We had more people RUNNING than voters.

UP got a disappointing "9" members into congress this term. That's one of the lowest numbers in the history of UP. This really hurts us as a party.

Last night, 20 minutes before the change, I was talking to Mad Johnson, and he said to me: "So I should probably expect the onslaught of UP votes now, huh?" I went to our IRC and PM threads and no one was there. We literally had a "2 vote" onslaught. Not too intimidating. I remember 2 elections ago when there were 8 of us PMing each other about coordinating votes.

Maybe this is my fault. I was so focused on coordinating blockers and runner that I didn't coordinate voting well enough, though, when it's an activity problem, I'm not sure how much more I can do.

Here are our 9 members who got in:

NoRealitylife
Ari Lumumba
Jimakos-Thess
Veschy
Cody Caine
Gambit LeBeau
Enriche2Ribeiro
SM333ZA
Kostyav

Kostyav ran as a blocker and will also be resigning and sending his gold the way of the NPP, which is greatly appreciated.

Gambit is a new member to congress, he looks to be very active and I can't wait to see him work.

So we have 8 members in congress...
