Join the new world

I have just started a company. The industry is pretty obvious (look at the headline). I have currently got 73 gold in the company, which means I will be able to upgrade the company to Q3 as soon as I got enough employees and they have reached enough skill. We have currently got 4 members and I think we will be a Q2 company in four or five days. As you all know a high quality company can pay a lot higher salary than a low-quality. So if you are smart you will take one of the 3 remaining spots at the company. We will not recruit more than 7 workers until Q2, and it's still not clear if we will take in more workers after that or if we are going to wait for Q3.
To the employees: Try to be as active as possible. I want to upgrade the quality as fast as possible, and if you fall behind in your skill you may be kicked when the upgrade is being made. And we want to avoid this, so please help me help you.
