Dear Friends,

Please let me introduce my government.
Government will not be only a list of duties, but also very special tasks behind the title.


Challenges that the country faces in March are:


- Poverty

We have no high region. I dont think that we will have any high region in V2 no matter how strong we want stone (which is existent in the rl CR) and uranium (which is not). This is basically the core of our poverty.

Our GDP was always in a bad shape and we had to ask congressmen to drop their medal-money to the national bank to afford TW.

Basically we are not able to gain a lot of money in a normal game mechanics.

So what will bring money is a COMMUNITY PLAY.


- PTO threat

PTO is definitely there. We have A LOT of people coming from Serbia and Socialists.
We can not prevent anybody from coming. And this is our status for the next 20 days.

In 20 days we will be totally different country in terms of Population Census. Game Mechanics.

What can be done and shall be done is we have to be open towards the newcomers and try to make the PTO dismissed in diversity of different enationals. Black or White ...

We therefore can become a real melting pot of eNations very much like real life New York.

This will bring more gaming experience and in the same time improve the political and fun sides of our eLives.


- Lack of jobs

Some business is already moving here. Serbs that came to stay have 4 new factories. Finns opened the raw material licenses to the country. Just within yesterday.

We will have more businesses settled here if we grow. Government will be watching the jobs situation and Minister Serafiel will be in charge.

Field-Marshall Serafiel was part of our Resistance success. He is a RL American and used to be a citizen of ePoland. He is my long time business partner and the person I trust most in this game.


- 2 occupied regions

We will

a) Do our best to negotiate Northern Bohemia from Poland
b) Try to build our good relations and continuous profit scheme with Slovakia on Moravia territory.

The Plan is currently being talked between the three presidents.

- No congress

We will have one in 20 days. I ask all the people in the country to become more active and form some political agenda. Discuss problems, find solutions. There is nothing we can do at the moment with this problem.

We can only wait and get ready to the election day (hope we have country at that moment).


- No army

This is a minor threat currently. Why? Because we never had a proper Army. I tried to apply in the previous times, but never was properly managed.

In upcoming 30 days we will form 2 Special Squads:
1. National Squad under command of Minister of Defense Logamac - he will make his announcement soon. We will target having 20 players in regular army.

2. Nebeski Ratnizi Squad under command of Major Djuro Ivetic - this is a legendary military unit with its roots in Belgrade now totally resettled in the Czech Republic. 50 to 100 players are engaged.

I offer both Squads to seek (and I will help this effort) a paid mercenary career with some armies abroad. Same with myself in my early career steps, this will bring each soldier a good opportunity to continue having fun from the game.

- Threat of occupation and losing sovereign status

I can not reveal all the efforts that will be planned and done in this direction, but I will work on it.

But again, we will work closely with Cerber and Gabberattack. Polish and Slovak presidents are not insane guys and they want first their political life to be good and they want to gain people's support for playing further.

Good point is that 3rd time elected Cerber and 2nd time elected Gabberattack have enough credit from their citizens. And both of them are ready to talk in an equal partner tone.

Another thing is that we have MPP with Hungary. This is mechanical protection from Poland from one side. And this is what makes Poland angry about Czech Republic. But this is the only way to keep our existence.

We will try to keep talking in a diplomatic field with the both of our aggressive neighbors.


- Lack of Plan

We eventually will have a full plan on "paper". And depending on what team we have in the end of the day we will succeed in the whole plan or parts.

I will be happy to give all the "red buttons" and "green buttons" to the Lady or Gentleman who will come after me to this position.

I HEREBY DECLARE THAT I WILL ONLY SERVE THIS TERM AND WILL RETIRE IN APRIL (Of course, if the congress does not impeach me earlier). WE CAN NOT STEAL GAME EXPERIENCE FROM FELLOW PLAYERS FOR THE SAKE OF OUR OWN CAREER AND SHINY MEDALS.


Some of the challenges are carried from the past:

- Lack of Local Baby Boom
Stronger, richer, funnier country will be a good place to continue playing. Whilst I am not sure about the success of acquisition of new Czech players, I am sure those who join will be OK to stay after talking to the guys who are around. I ask Stefikkk, Raghod and Wolfyx to assist this big time. I included their name to the first edited New Citizen Message

- Very humble number of citizens.
With the controlled PTO policy we will overcome this problem.

Carmen Polo - Minister of Finance, 2nd term, Chief Treasurer

I fully trust her, and Carmen was the first Czech Minister who actually started talking to the community. I will not ask for money for any project unless it comes from the society itself. The National Bank is poor at the moment and I know that no money will go down the drain till these are in hands of Carmen. Carmen has full power to decide the expenses needed for Minister Logamac and the creation of Army.

John White - Minister of Information

My old friend. This will be John's 3rd term as a Minister of Information and there is no need to re-introduce him. He will support the job of all Ministries.

Samurays - Minister of Population

I will really love Samurays, the very well known Latvian baby boom specialist to join efforts with the government. Although I dont have his formal OK for the job. Ambassadors will need help and coordination and Controlled PTO policy will be the direct responsibility of Samurays in March.

Serafiel - Minister of Industry

Already briefly introduced above, Serafiel will be tracing the economic needs and will contact the eRepublic richies with the message to join efforts with the reborn Czech Republic to build the economy.

Tailor Winters - Minister of Foreign Affairs

Another very experienced long term eCzech in the government. Many of us regret his eccentric Weinfass personality. Tailor is well known in many countries from Brasil to Japanese islands. And he is definitely the man for the job.

Logamac - Minister of Defense

Logamac is the man. In love with this game. With a history very much resembling my own past. His duty will be formation of the 20 man Squad that will be the core of our national army in the end of this Govt's term.

The Ambassadors. You may judge them as a part of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. But they are not only a diplomatic force. These guys are here to help the baby boom eCzech way. Each of these Ambassadors has the duty to bring 50 great players from their original countries or groups (like eSocialists) to the country. This is another 400 people to be able to withstand the challenges.



AND WE WILL DISCUSS TOGETHER HOW THE COMMUNITY WILL BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH CHALLENGES AND MAKE CZECH REPUBLIC WHAT IT DESERVES TO BE.
