Why We Should Move to Hobart

There are some reason why we should move to Hobart :
1. It has Q4 Hospital.
2. Zero tax. No monthly house & company tax. At least until August 19th.
3. The main reason is, geographically Hobart is at the edge of the world map. It only has one neighbour, Melbourne. So Hobart will be the last conquered area when we attacked by other countries.
