Why waste your vote?

Another day passes and still sign of Tyrael Snow. His intentions and his whereabouts remain a mystery. What does that mean for the 5 other candidates vying for the Clan Wolf Presidency? It means we are in limbo. It means that most of the politicking that we havel been doing these last few days has been a complete waste of time.
Why?
Because if his name remains on the ballot he will beat us all, easily. He owns the two clickers and he has his fair share of diehard loyalists. So if he can’t lose, what’s the point of this whole process? Yes, I know he asked that there be a few names of the PP ballot, for the optics of it all. A couple of us signed up, originally, to grant his wishes. But again, what’s the point of having a non-existent leader? How can a non-participating leader help prepare the party for the upcoming Congressional elections and then the Presidential election?
I began this process because I thought that Clan Wolf needed an active leader. If TS remains lost on some metaphysical journey, he is the wrong leader, a vote for a non-active TS is a wasted vote.
I would love for you all to support me, I’ve worked hard this election and a few votes here and there would help validate my efforts. I am more concerned, however, for your votes not to be wasted on a non-active Tyrael Snow. This party needs an active voice. A non-participating figurehead is not in the best interest of Clan Wolf.
Now, if TS decides to reemerge in the next coupla of days and reclaim what is his, I will retire from the race and gladly support him for PP. If, however, he remains the ghost candidate, then I beseech you, dear Clan Wolf members to vote for an active player. Whether that be myself, or one of the 4 other active candidates.

I am not sure why, but eRep will not allow me to post a link to this article on the Clan Wolf, or my Friends walls. If I were a conspiracy theorist I might think someone reported me as a spammer, or as someone who was posting something malicious. But why would they? Anyway chin up, carry on.

Thanks Kevin, you have been nothing but gracious throughout this campaign. My intentions since I start this crazy quest, was to get folks engaged and I believe I have done that. My biggest fear, right now, is that it's all been a waste of time. A least in the ultimate goal, which was to have an active leader and a forward thinking and battle ready Clan Wolf. I am not sure we have reached enough members to defeat the ghost Tyrael. We may have to start mass PMing Clan members.
How many candidates can there be on a PP election ballot? 10? 20?
It would be interesting to test that theory out someday. Maybe Clan Wolf would like to play along with a test of game mechanics. I'll run as a test blocker.
