Why the Training war is doomed to fail

Day 1,329, 11:40 Published in Australia Australia by Tim_Holtz

Ok people let’s get some things into perspective shall we.

A few hours ago President DocterDry issued a complaint that the TW would have to be held off since we didn't have enough MPPs to effectively mount a defense. This was obviously missed by Timeoin who asked DocterDry if he could propose the NE. DocterDry apparently had Timeoin on block so he didn’t get the message. Long story short the NE was proposed.
Ok what issues do we have with this picture?

Obvious one is that Timeoin was being a bit annoying and he did it again. Sure. That’s the easy one. What about the fact that our President has a Congressman on ignore? Wasn’t one of his main goals Transparency? It’s a bit difficult to achieve it when you have elected officials on ignore.
Those are the fairly easy to see issues. Let us delve a little deeper.
What about the more subtle? The eNZ President told DocterDry to postpone the TW until we had more MPPs.

Anyone got it yet? No?

More MPPs....... What about this famous budget that is edited all the time to compensate for changing plans? The budget clearly states that we can only have a certain number of MPPs. In fact the Deputy President himself is a heavy supporter of having very few MPPs (if you want to go by last month).

So let’s get this in order. The DocterDry government is a supporter of let’s say for arguments sake “Practical” MPPs. That by definition means we will never have enough MPPs to hold off New Zealand’s 12 MPPs. Looking at the Budget tells us that we will have 7 MPPs including renewals.
Don’t you think that’s slightly too few? Especially since EDEN and Terra are losing so support won’t be put into a Training War. New Zealand’s allies are many and they are winning so they will have spare damage to put into battles like ours.

Then on top of the fact we will likely lose we also have the issue of abandoning our allies. DocterDry said even with the Training War we will still fight for China.

We are likely to lose the training war and we have promised support to China? Which is it going to be? We either be selfish and put all our damage into a series of unimportant battles for a bit of strength and rank points OR we postpone the Training war idea until we have a better situation and one of our closest allies isn’t in danger from 3 strong enemy nations.

So recap?
-Yes Timeoin is a bit of a wanker
-Transparency? Elected officials on ignore?
-Postponing the TW because of MPP problems yet our budget doesn’t support a solution to that problem
-we either be selfish or we help one of our closest allies.

MY Suggestion and honest Advice
Postpone the Training war until we have a better position and our allies aren’t in trouble (and need our help more than ever). Also may I suggest getting Timeoin off ignore. Yes he can be annoying but this NE proposal problem was caused by a lack of communication which is a direct problem relating to ignoring people.
