But now we see that many citizens aren't equipped to handle the new changes. Seeing as around two thirds of current citizens came to the game with battles on a daily basis, they learned to heal to 100 by consuming 1 less hospital fight every day to make up for their wellness lost to working and training. This has lead to many citizens working with low wellness making managing companies a lot more difficult. If you saw an employee with 88 wellness you could rest assured that they would probably be back to 100 wellness by the time the next battle starts. Now instead you need to gift them and hope they have enough food/house points to keep going after that. Otherwise, you've lost your time and money. Add to this that there just aren't enough houses produced to equip everyone who works for Q3 or higher company (imagine if houses expired!).
If employees were paid according to their productivity, this wouldn't be as bad since the only thing a general manager would lose would be stock (ie fewer profits as opposed to high losses now). And while we can expect pay-according-to-productivity with the new economic module, nobody knows when that will occur. So while profits keep falling, some might find it most profitable to higher only employees with higher skills (5+) since they are the ones who are most likely to own a house and maintain high wellness. If this catches on then governments will need to provide state jobs for lower skilled employees and vasts amount of time and money gifting these employees. Otherwise more younger players will stop playing. Because it's fun that you can fight from level 3 now but not so much fun when you have no where to work.
So even though I originally disagreed with the threads that requested the new hospital changes be revoked I too am adding my signature. At least until the new economic module comes around. And I urge everyone to do so as well:

Make your own open letter and ask for pay-by-productivity bidding within each skill bracket.
I'd sign hard all over that. If they implemented it, I'd sign again and again and again.

Well, I like the new rule, made the game more interesting. I never believed anyone saying they always work with 100 wellness and now we have to get used to, that 80-90 is more typical than 95-100. Salaries can be adjusted both ways.
