Why people do not think before do somethink?

I'm not stop to wonder why people do not think before they start to make something in the Internet. Especially when you want to make something which to use people all over the world. Hey, builder, stop using poor encodings for creating international game!. There is a good encoding which have to be used when someone wants to make something international. This is UTF-8 encoding. This encoding manage all possible languages in the world. Especially alphabets which is different than English.

Please admins. Do your job and fix the problem early when it is easy!

Have you reported this to the admin? I know that now special characters are not allowed because of hacker attacks.
