Last month, Kim Young was chosen as Minister of Education and Support. He wrote two articles reporting NK babies status. You can see them at the below links.

Then Kim Young created an organization North Korean Baby Bank, and the ex-President Dandelion Ou wrote an artilce to ask the citizens helping NK babies.

That's all. But what's next? I don't know. From then on, neither Kim Young nor Dandelion Ou stood up and reported the work of NK babies. Who donated? What did they donate? How are the donations used? Who got the help? What were the results of helping? I don't know.

I also noticed that there's 33Golds and 52 KPW in the org North Korean Baby Bank. What shall we do with it? I think all the congress members, and the current President kaycloud should discuss about it. Of course, all the citizens of North Korea are welcome to join the discussion.

In my eyes, we don't have too many new babies. We can transfer this amount of money to the national bank. But if the President plans to have a department of Education and Support, I will support too. But I hope the new minister can report his/her work on time.
在我看来，其实我们并没有太多的新人出生。所以我们可以把这笔钱转到央行帐号下。但如果囧统依然希望建立一个新人教育与救助部门的话，我也会同意。但我希望新任的部长能够准时汇报工作。

我记得我给这个组织号D过1G来支持教育部长的工作。其实目前为止我都不是很了解这个游戏的经济模块，所以我也不太明白该如何让这些资金保值并升值。不过我想我们首先要做的应该是统计出新人的总量以及增长率，这样有助于我们制订切实可行的计划。

因为从EC的做法来看，福利部似乎就做两件事——开福利工厂与进行福利救济（给面包，给钱，销售福利房）。如果NK的新人数量足够且有稳定的增长，或许开福利厂是可行的。不过目前但整个NK劳动力都比较匮乏，所以开福利厂是否能招聘到足够的劳动力还是未知数。倘若新人的总数不多，那这笔钱也许可以用来进行福利救济，直接发面包或者KPW给新人。总而言之，先进行数据收集是没有错的。

英文不好，英文版本就只简单翻译大概的意思了。

I am not good at ecnomic,.So in my opinion maybe the first thing we could do is work out the total amount of babies. And the growth rate of the number of babies.

Base on the data of NK babies， we can consider how to take care of them.

这个组织号由Kim Young建立，我备案国家组织号时还没有这个账户，所以当时没备案上，后来给无头鸡ticket，但是无头鸡还没理我。
这个账号的密码我找Kim Young要过，但是收支情况我不了解。应该目前是没有支出的。
国外同胞很多都在圣诞期间度假去了，所以具体收支等Kim回来吧。

We don't really need a lot of information from the org, just certain basics. Who donated and how much they donated isn't a big deal. You can see that in the org's donations any time.

We don't need much more than a standard "this much money went to newbies over the last month" and possibly a list of newcomers every month that we can welcome to North Korea. As far as what's handed out, we can decide a standard "package" that we give to newbies. Something like a few pieces of food, some KPW, and some instructions for beginners.

As for the ministry itself, I think its worth keeping around, mostly because we can expand it into something larger later. I'd like to see the funding and people involved become more of a department that handles not just new characters (babies), but tries to get people to come to eNK to be new citizens. Some ads in other countries would be nice.

I tried to check the org's donations, but failed. I don't know whether admin did some changes to org rules.

I think it is good to keep a record of the donations. Because : 1) Donations are mainly from active citizens who care about our country. They deserve thanks.If we don't thank them publicly, at least record it down.2) In my opinion, a clear account is responsible for the citizens who donated. If the public doesn't know how the donations were used, they may lose faith in the department. No more donations, maybe.

I agree with the list of newcomers and the standard package. It's a good improvement. If the president gets ready for the department, I'd like to see the department of Education and Support keeps working in the future.

I also think the president should improve the new citizen letter.

Really funny about "NK babies".
I think just someone's main-account do not want to change the citizenship to NK to accept his company in NK but chose to creat a multi-account to manage the company for NK citizenship +25% bonus.
Unfortunately, there are not that enough people to fill up all seats in so many companies in NK. So "NK babies" came to save your company.
