As you all know, Glove was Impeached so Civil took office. Civil has decided to Give away some of our bonuses.

Fruit, grain, fish, cattle, and deer are all food supplies. Each one gives 20% towards bonuses.
Iron, saltpeter, rubber, aluminum, and oil all are weapon bonuses. Each one gives 20% towards bonus
If we lose all the territories in one section we lose 20%

Aquitaine (Rubber)
Valley of Mexico (Fruits)
So we lose 20% on food bonus from Navarra
No bonus loss on weapons from Aquitaine and Papua because we still have Southeast Mexico
No bonus lost on food from Valley of mexico
Now it is up to the people to decide what they want, Bonus or No Enemies

we don't lose any weapon bonus if we give away Aquitaine and Papua, since we will still have SE of Mexico

As long as we still got a region in one section the bonus for this resource will remain. So no losing 13,33% or sth. (:
it'll reduce the US to 80% food and weapon bonus. The reason CA provides for doing so is not really plausible to me. Maybe its solely about turning the US against Canada because the spanish regions are lost forever. If not so I wonder what france gets in return for gifting their region to an 'ally'. If nothing or not much why not return this region? AFAIK some want it back
If you only want the bonuses go to eSpain or ePoland, they have 100/80 bonus

and, with the fucked up screwed up money market (all currencies PAR) there is no evidence of any financial benefit either way. This game is grinding away downhill so fast.
This has more to do with getting rid of the parasites who are only here FOR the 10/10, while simultaneously fixing our screwed up immigration practices, ATOing the undesirables out, etc.
If you want to conduct an ATO operation, then conduct an ATO operation. ATO ops shouldn't include screwing the everyday eUS player.
