how many is enough if your country is wiped?
Kia Ora my friends.
This is a subject that I have been thinking about for quite some time, and I'm tired of seeing the same thing over and over again, so I'm just gonna say it. eNZ has some very strong fighters, we all know this, however, I feel like this is a country of BH farmers at this point. We have no coordination when it comes to hitting in a round and more often than not, we lose a round because one of our "tanks" hits for 1 million plus in the beginning of a round and the other tanks don't hit because the BH is "his."

I'm becoming very irritated because a BH used to be something that you would earn by hitting the most and helping your country win a round in a battle, not something that was automatically yours because you do the most damage in the early minutes. I can't tell you how many times I've had a BH taken, because I hit early and hard and then left, assuming that the BH was "mine." I honestly don't care anymore, as long as the side that I'm hitting for wins the round and/or eventually the battle.

My point is this, erepublik has become a game of hard hitting tanks who feel that they deserve the BH because they hit more than someone else. Whatever happened to the days of hitting hard so that your country wins? If you win the BH/CH so be it, but if not, you gave a good effort so that your country could win the round and eventually the campaign. More often than not I let other people take the BH because it's nice to see younger players earn a BH and it's even nicer for us to win the round as well! My point is very simple, hit for your country, not your own personal pride. You don't deserve a BH, just because you did one million worth of damage in the early minutes of a battle. You earn it by helping your country win the round. I believe this goes a long way in the development of younger players and in the defense of your own country. yes..great artice,if we live in e-utopia;in e-reality people hit dmg for gold and thats it. I can see any reason why gow dont subvention say 1mil dmg with 6000cc in decisive battle.

Dude, do you know how many guys taking BH just to have enough money for training. They are training fags, we cant stop them.
blame admins wich made usless economy. If players would earn their gold for training players would be playing for countires and regions and not for gold from medals.
this all hapens becouse of wrong admin upgrades of the game, starting with less companies and manager work - you cant change it eaven if you want it 😒

I know Koska... that's why the three BH's I got in V1 mean so much to me.
If we had actual economy where player can earn money for trainings that type of BH hunting would still exist but not in this numbers...
Right now BH medals are only "safe" earning that can player get....
I think it's honestly mostly the result of the demand for gold being increasingly high, while the ways to get gold have been slowly disappearing over time. These days unless you get lucky with your monetary market offers at 1000:1, and so the people who are capable of getting a BH basically have no other way to keep up the training unless they want to buy more gold.
And while I am a bit of a BH hunter, I do try to make sure it's in a battle that's actually useful for us. If not an NZ battle, then it will generally be in a RW that drains Argentina or Brazil. And I only do it a couple times a week anyway. If there is an important battle on and it looks like I will be able to help us win a round or two I won't be doing it.

Yea, I think that's the general consensus Spud. We have all become increasingly greedy since these last economic mods were made. Now it's really the only income that most of us have, which is pretty sad. I for one have stopped caring if "my BH" is taken. I won't whine anymore... if I have the EB's I'll make them sorry, if not, I just take it like a man.... no point in whining anymore 😛
Besides, I do pretty well, so I shouldn't be that upset I suppose o7
From a newbie perspective, contributing a couple thousands points of war damage, then seeing your entire day's efforts as worthless, because someone can go and do 20X more than you in a single fight is completely demoralizing. Why bother fighting? It relegates new players to the economy and community tracks, which is not very appealing, especially when you see that cool features having been removed from the game. Beyond fighting, not much that a newbie can contribute to the community.
