Wellness-Housing

Housing
Is it worth the cost? When you look at the benefits of housing, does it really affect your wellness as people claim, is it worth the cost. Why is it so expensive? Rather than answering it on my own, i would like to hear the opinions of my readers(assuming anyone reads this) .

Housing is most assuredly worth the cost. The consistent wellness boost is a Godsend, and can allow you to set aside your earnings for things other than food.
I wish i knew what it was like, but i am still a good $60 away from buying a house, in about a week or two i could afford one... but that is still far away...
Use the gold you get from your first Hard Worker medal, and buy off of the private seller's market.
You get gold for hard worker medals? cool🙂 maybe my devotion to my job is going to bail me out🙂 What kind of wellness bonus can you get for a 1-star house?
It's 1 wellness point on top of your food's quality.
With war games giving a wellness boost, i'm not sure it's a good time to buy a house. Someone explain why i'm wrong, because i'm waiting to buy a house too.
Any time you can buy a house cheap is a good time to buy a house.
The wellness boost you get from a house is inversely proportional to how well you are: as you go higher, the benefit decreases, exactly as with food. Vice versa for lower wellness. If you are at 50 wellness, you get 1 wellness per house quality point. Gifts always give 1 wellness per quality point, no matter what your wellness is. Do you have a gifting partner?
The war games let you keep your wellness in the high 90s with only Q1 food, no gifts and no house. Get your wellness up to 40 with gifts, and start fighting in the war games to get to 100. Your employer will be much happier. You are unproductive at low wellness, and so you will not get good pay. Right now that is more important than buying a house.
And what do you think? Is it worth to buy a q1 house asap or shall one wait for more money to afford a q2 or even higher?
So when to buy a house at all?
Thx...
