What is Wellness?
Wellness can be seen as the health of your character. When your wellness becomes 0, your eRepublik citizen dies and the next time you try to log into your account, you will be informed about this and you have the opportunity to continue your life in eRepublik using the "Revive” button.
Having a high wellness makes your productivity higher (when working) and when fighting, you will fight even better.
Wellness will improve easier at low levels and harder at high levels.
How does my Wellness increase?
Wellness increase = (1.5 - (current wellness/100)) * wellness bonus points
These gains are applied ONLY if you have food in your inventory.
Types of wellness bonuses:
* Foo
😛wellness bonus = food's quality
* House: wellness bonus = house's quality
If you have food and house: wellness increase = (1.5 - (current wellness/100)) * (wellness bonus food + wellness bonus house)
Instant wellness gain
These gains are independent from the current wellness level:
* Hospital: 10 * quality level, in active wars, once a day after at least one battle
* Gifts: 1 * quality level, no more than 10 wellness/day
* Wellness box: 10 Wellness / 2 Gold (Max 40 Per Day)

* If gifts in your country are cheap buy them and trade them with a friend.

This is wrong! Wellness is not related to level.

Well, I got that from the wiki. U saying the wiki is wrong ?
> Wellness will improve easier at low levels and harder at high levels.
Here the word 'level' refers to the level of wellness, not the level of citizen like 12, 13 or 14. This statement is clarified in the wiki as follows
"The idea is simple: the smaller the level of wellness you have, the easier it is for you to increase it; at the same time, the higher the wellness level you have, the more difficult it is to increase it (just like in real life, the better you are feeling, the harder it will be to feel even better)."
As can be seen, the 'level' is that of wellness and not that which is understood in context of citizen level.

Du'h, thanks for the clarification !
