Due to the Australian PTO, I'm pretty much quitting the game. Once again, cheaters run rampant and the admins are oblivious to the obvious. V2 is terrible, and there's no motivation for me to continue.

Sure, I wanted to be President, but it seems like such a pointless thing now. I've been slacking at work to play eRepublik, and lately I just haven't been caring at all. I didn't vote at all in the Congress elections because I was too busy hanging out with friends, and I think that you guys can manage fine without me.

It's a shame because this game has so much wasted potential. The admins are selfish and only want money, and they don't make an effort to erase cheating at all.

I'll hang out on IRC whenever I feel like it, because I still enjoy talking with people, but this game has devolved to crap, and crap is not worth my time and effort.

Most of the people who have quit have stayed gone Turd Fergusen.

I suspect we'll see alot more of these soon. The admins neglect and their push towards Greed will isolate and destroy this game.
