Welcoming the new Guardsmen
As some of you may have noticed, there has been a bit of a wait for those who have attempted to enlist in the National Guard. I'm sad to say it, but some enlistees have waited over a week for a response. That's the bad news.
The good news is that, with a reliable internet connection in hand, I have officially cleared the waiting list. All those who enlisted prior to the time of this article's printing have been assigned to their respective Platoons. This increase alone has brought in ~200 new Guardsmen into the Training Division, and I can only predict larger growth in the future. Additionally, having this backlog cleared up once and for all should allow response times from the Guard to enlistees to shrink dramatically, which means more trained soldiers in a shorter amount of time.
