Join the new world

Hallo all.
I have just started this newspaper. I never created one before as I felt little need to and I had nothing to write about.
But seeing as I have recently been elected to congress I thought I should start.
I donnot know much about the politics of the new world, but I am always learning.
As a congress member I feel that my duties belong to the people of the country, after all that is who we are representing.
I hope that your concerns will become that of the congress, and so if you have any issues you feel need addressing I would see what I can do for you.
I may be speaking gibberish, as I have said, I don't really know what I am doing all that well. But this is all a learning experience. If I am talking sense then I hope that you will be encouraged by what I say and bring your issues to the table.
