OK, Minotorious, thank you for the information, I guess we'll put this welcome message on the forum and we'll put a link to that place on the forum in official welcome message. Good news is that we can update this forum and welcome message on it without having to put law proposal every time we change the message.
Disabling BBCodes on welcome message I'd say is fail.
