Weekly Message for 3rd Platoon for 12/8

Day 385, 07:28 Published in USA Pakistan by Gates Schellinger

I would like to thank you all for actively particpating in the gifting program. Before the war every active member of 3rd platoon had a notable increase in wellness.

In regards to the war: If you haven't done so already you need to move to Florida. If you need moving tickets, health to fight, or weapons Pm this organization: http://www.erepublik.com/en/organization/1205969 . This is the NG's supplier. In your message inform them of your Platoon, Division, and your CO, as well as what you need to get to battle.

Even though there is a full-scale invasion, we can't forget about our civilian lives. I'd like to take this opportunity to focus on work. The job market in the US is a competitive one, and I'd like you to consider the following, when making decisions about your employment.

1) Focus on only one skill when starting out. Every full skill point you earn in your field places you in a higher pay bracket. If you decide to change your area of expertise while starting out, it will take you longer to get a good paying wage, than if you focus on the same on.

2) Look for new opportunities. If you've worked for the same company since you started eRep, chances are they have not given you a raise. You may have a skill of 3, but they're still paying you 2 or 3 dollars a day. If they haven't or refused to give you a raise, it's time to resign and get a better job. Quiting your job doesn't not affect your hard worker's medal as it's not specific to one company.

3) While looking for a new job, be wary of the quality of the products the company produces. The higher the quality of the company, the higher your penalty to the wellness when you work. For instance if you work at a q1 company, you only lose 1 pt of wellness each day you work, transversely you lose 5 wellness points if you work at a Q5 company. While still starting out, you should never work for more than a Q2 company because you'll never be able to make up the difference in your wellness. The pay may seem enticing, but the higher the quality the more they should pay you. And it should be a noticable difference, if there's only a dollar or 2's difference between a Q1 company and a q3 company, you should take the q1 job, you end up with more net earnings. Look for the mesh between the highest paying job and the lowest quality company.

If you have any questions, don't know how to get a new job, or are looking for a good paying job contact me and I'll assisst you.
