Wars against New Nations

For starters I would like to congratulate eSerbia's wars in the Balkans, regaining its dominance. Hungary's job in the UAE.
But on to a more important note the new nations.
Why must pro-Sirius members be such bully's to the new, developing nations?
Granted eGeorgia has 1 region so it would not be so early on erased.
But I hope eMexico does the same for eCuba.
Nothing has been passed in the Cuban congress, all rejected.
I do not believe eCuba has developed enough to provide 1,000 currency for a resistance war, unless others and I come in from foreign countries and support it.
And as far as I'm aware, eCuba hasn't made any MPPs or Alliances, so there should be no hatred,just selfishness.
