War Preparations

USA, 06:10 (Apr07) | Day 867 of the New World

As most know US could be facing a large scale invasion similar to PEACEs north American assault, accept this time former brothers are among the wolves. Such an invasion will without a doubt be our most severe test. Our sovereignty and very existance is whats at stake. Its not just Karnataka or California but the entire United States of American and every American within that are under threat of being utterly destroyed. No I'm not exagerating nor am I being dramatic, its a fact, simple as that.

Reaction...what will our reaction to this looming war be? Will we continue to argue about if and why EDEN/Phoenix will invade? Or maybe we should take it all as a big joke, write up some funny article about it, perhaps troll a former ally while your at it. Thinking ahead right now from this moment forth is crucial, its essential. What will happen when a couple million damage points come knocking on the shores of Cali? I can already imagine the panic, weapon prices going through the roof, everyone rushing to arm themselves, figure out where and when to fight. War is on the horizon and it seems that no amount of diplomacy is going to keep it far. Its time we make some oh so very important war preparations.

War is but a click away and so is being properly prepared for it. First and formost invest in an org, its a smart and easy way to enlarge your inventory capability. Second and just as important is to fill your inventory with weapons, don't spend it all on one set of Q5s, instead but a whole closet of Q2s or Q3s. Third, put ambitious investment plans on hold, now is not the time to start/buy a company, rather focus your resources on weapons, gifts etc. Take advantage of the cheap prices, a war of this magnitude will send weapon prices into the atmosphere, get em while their cheap and plenty.

Its also important to be enrolled in some form of armed organization, militia, military branch. There are plenty of militias out there and several military branches are accepting applications. Being part of the military, militia groups etc not only makes the game and battles funner and exciting but it also helps point you to the right battle at the right time. US Army, US Marines, ST6, Eagles Militia etc are all good organizations to join, even if your more politic inclined. You can do much more for America with a rifle in your hand and sound orders then in congress.

War requires time, more time to be specific. Being online in times of war is the only way to catch sudden changes and battles. Checking in often even for just a few minutes can mean the difference between fighting smart and throwing damage down the drain. War is ever changing, sometimes 4 hour old orders are obsolete, be active as much as possible. Go the extra mile and check in right before you hit the sack right before work and on your lunch break, eAmerica needs every citizen up to date with national and international events.

And perhaps most important, remember to ALWAYS follow Official DoD Orders

United we can overcome any obstacle, rather it be a rock or a mountain there is no limit to what a prepared and united nation can do.

Editor's Corner - Ego
This is probably the single biggest challenge of leaders. To get to the top, you have to be a very self confident individual. You have to believe in yourself and your abilities. In fact, you need to express that feeling among your people. After all, if they don't see that you have confidence in yourself, they will not have confidence in you, either.

There is a difference between confidence and ego. A confident manager makes decisions when he or she has most of the information they need, then they move on. They speak with authority up and down their organization. They are comfortable in any situation and can command a room, no matter who is there. But a confident leader will also ask for other opinions; change their mind if new information warrants a new direction; delegate responsibilities to their subordinates and easily pass all success on to the team rather than taking credit.

A manager with an over bearing ego will avoid asking for help, even when creating a long-term plan for the team. Since we already know that nobody is perfect, failure to seek other opinions only means that the flaws that are sure to be in the plan, will remain in the plan. Since the team leader's ego pushes them forward without other opinions, the members of the team will become devalued and lose respect for their leader. They'll feel as if their opinion doesn't count. Ultimately, the team ends up limited in its achievements and total failure will lurk on the horizon.
