War games: Caution!

Charles Martel
Hooray! We have war games now! You can gain up to 40 wellness a day! You can gain military rank! You can gain experience! War games are the best!
WRONG!
War games are not all good. They have a lot of effects on the economy, both good and ba😛
Lots of weapons are sold--->Weapons prices go up--->Weapons companies compete, and that industry thrives
AND
We need more iron for weapons--->Iron prices rise--->Weapons companies make less, and foreign iron companies exporting here make more
BUT
People don't need gifts--->Gift prices go down--->Gift companies struggle and die off--->Companies don't try to export diamonds to Estonia
ALSO
High Quality Food isn't necessary--->Food companies stay low Q and make less money--->Food industry workers lose less wellness through working--->Food companies have employment advantage--->Weapons companies compete by offering higher wages, gifts and moving ticket companies struggle--->Manufacturing jobs become high paying, causing a shortage of land workers
ALSO
Most workers have higher wellness--->Estonian companies are more productive--->More products--->Estonian companies produce more than is neccessary, and super-competition forces companies to export
Didn't see all of this coming, did you? War games have a huge effect on our economy
What we need to do along with the war games:
Fund government-owned iron companies that export to estonia at a set price. This will insure that we don't become dependant on foreign iron.
Implement high import taxes on weapons soon. This will help our weapons industries grow.
Lower income taxes on gifts to almost nothing.
Lower income taxes on moving tickets slightly.
Lower income taxes on grain to help them compete away manufacturing workers
Please, congressmen, make a proposal for one of these changes. I've already used up my two. Even if you disagree with one or more of my suggestions, acknowledge that we need to consider the impact of these war games.

This is a shocker, however the USWP does not believe in the desires of the common man. As there cabnient dictates though limited free market.
IF there is anyone within the eUS to support this, please decide which party is for your liking.
Very good point there. Good job Charles.
I've noticed this in the USA, where I own a wood company. The average unit cost used to be around .75, now its .45-.5. I hate it. War games are good, but only every now and then.
LS will continue to import diamonds for Estonian gift companies. Hopefully the market for gifts won't suffer too badly.
And what about the demand? You think this is a bad thing that there are a more active market?
But yes, there will be tax changes.
Estonia is new and also very small country, where the economy is yet too weak and most of the new players are emigrated to work and fight in some other country to gain fast experience (to level up). These people are now coming back to Estonia, therefore the economy (both supply and demand) will have more positive than negative effect because of this training war.
I couldn't even afford the weapon before and I do not recommend the other players to use these in training wars anyway. The money will come handy in real wars.
Therefore the changes in taxes might be necessary, but all together this war training will have positive effect for the economy also. 🙂
Agreed with Kuningas.
Good point Charles, let's hope for some of these changes to come true in a near future.
"People don't need gifts--->Gift prices go down--->Gift companies struggle and die off--->Companies don't try to export diamonds to Estonia"
Currently: all gifts were bought
I know it'll be changed, but we don't need the change yet.
Please put high taxes on weapons now so other countries don't try to export weapons to Estonia.
I definitely agree with this. Sometimes, our Congress is very shortsighted in making decisions, although this war-making is benefiting us a lot.
It is but Charles has a good point.
"We need more iron for weapons--->Iron prices rise--->Weapons companies make less, and foreign iron companies exporting here make more"
My prices have always been at 2.19 EEK...
And if there's any Estonian land workers who would like to produce some iron for their country contact me.
