Vote witherd1 for a CP that will act, not react

Day 1,625, 02:21 Published in Australia Australia by witherd1

I'm sure we can all agree, that a government that waits to react to events or problems, is not the kind of government eAustralia needs right now. Isn't a government that can plan ahead, strategise and aim for some real goals, the kind of government eAustralia deserves?

By real goals, I mean putting real systems in place, not just promising to post more articles to keep you informed, but actually putting declassification systems in place so you can see first hand what happens in Cabinet, so that you can speak directly with Cabinet Ministers anytime and be guaranteed to get an answer to your question or concern.

By real goals, I mean not reacting to public outcry, but actually researching and planning on military movements to further our geographic hold on the game.

By real goals, I mean not planning for a "rainy day", but actually making some real plans and putting our surplus to work. As I have said in my previous article, a stocked armory would be of more use in the case of an emergency defense of our Nation than Australian Dollars.

Your current CP rates his biggest successes as securing Chimor, which didn't happen, lowering taxes, which was Senate's and Majester's doing, and improving relations with our neighbours, which hasn't really happened. eIndo is ignoring us because of "exams" and better things to do, eNZ is wiped, and eBrazil CP is AWOL. eSA is the only neighbour we have really had some good dealings with, via the negotiations of a Training War, and thats only been the past 4 or 5 days. Feel free to read it for yourself, http://community.auserepublik.com/index.php?topic=18620.15 This is a government that has not acted, only reacted.

I have already addressed my concerns in regard to the ADF, but I will recap again. I will be researching and assessing the ADF supply, to see if it would be beneficial to tender out for the supply of the ADF. I will also be looking into whether it is worthwhile the ADF supplying very experienced players, or whether those supplies are better off in the hands of new players.

Economically, I will work closely with Senate to continue to try and perfect our current taxation policies, to get that balance between funding our needs as a Country, and looking after the personal wealth of our Citizens.

This May, before you vote, ask yourself...

Do you want a government that will act, or react?
