Military Relations

Military Departments must be funded appropriately for recruiting, training and outreach. Funding for food and health management should be maintained. Without good health a soldier cannot give their all to the battle. Weapons should maintain quality according to rank and strength. Pin-point the influence and the soldiers with a good bare-hand and reduce weapons cost by providing weapons to the weaker soldiers, and letting some of the elite soldiers fight bare handed. An Incentive for Training Corps in the form of a small amount of money per month to training corps members who attend Roll Call daily and are active. And then, perhaps later introducing monthly payments to the military in whole. ONLY ACTIVE members.

Domestic Control

Increasing population, extensive efforts to raise the eUSA population…Evaluate the territories and monitor them, perform a report on each controlled territory that is currently possessed by the eUSA, excluding the States. Keep possession of the territories that are high valued. Even out production, adjust taxes to lower imports, and increase the export sales, increasing accounts for the eUSA and production in the eUSA. Providing a clear option for Domestic Control.

Defending eUSA (PTO)

Political Takeovers are the most feared actions of every government. Most governments can deal with Economic struggles, and low production, but when threats of a political takeover are introduced, the government will be in absolute danger and chaos. This is where my plans will enforce protection upon the eUSA government. ((A new division to evaluate the political stance, this will require no funding from Congress.) This is an extensive measure to prevent political takeover. The Bill Proposal has been drafted. As my first proposal to Congress I will attempt to establish this Division that will help protect the Country from a PTO.

Even Ratio –

Laboring Low-Skill workers give more work than they receive in their pay. Minimum wages should be increased to $2.00 bringing up the scale of wages by $1.00. It is my goal to raise minimum wages and that in result will inspired an uprising in the economy. At current the min wage is $1.00, and most new low-skill workers just want to get somewhere. By making this slight increase, we can lower the amount of newborns who forfeit the game in frustration. We can increase the commerce and inspire a change. The ratio of work and pay is simply not working out.

Citizen Approvals & Abuse –

I will NOT abuse my Citizen Approvals. I will use them in good-faith and understanding of each potential citizen. They will not be abused just because I have power to act. This I can promise.

Out of the Ordinary -

It is with great hopes that I write to you, the citizens and that you see the same hope that I have right now. The same hope that will perhaps bring a greater light to the ignored situations, the future that is at current quite unknown. This is out of the ordinary that a congressional candidate should divulge in his real self. But I want to be “plain” with you, the citizens.

I am your ordinary person on most scales. I think of every possibility and every solution. I deduct the bad from the good and weigh the outcome before putting my hand out there. I am persistent, in saying that; I will work until something is done. As a congressman I will be YOUR representative, and not just another politician looking out for his name. I want change. I want freedom, and I want a better eUSA. I am a current and active Trainee in the Training Corps.

Therefore on Election Day, if you see hope for our future, and you want a distinct change, Vote Matthew Rose for Congress of Southeast Ireland!
