So here we are it's come down to this. In the coming days your Part President will be determined. Right now I'm leading, but I have seen stranger things happen and am not looking to count my chickens before they hatch. Dave Gulya is a friend and has been stalwart in growing SHIELD as well as the Federalist Party.

Tyler's terms have helped get back to the basics and make sure we had the systems at place that helped us maintain the #1 party position for so long. Unfortunately while we were gaining it was not fast enough and have unexpectedly moved in the wrong direction. That being said I believe everyone knows what priority #1 should and will be.

This brings me to my staff. When I say it brings me to my staff it also brings me to my plan. My staff is my plan. I have talked with key people of my staff on some things that are changing. Some will remain the same. Some will change just due to movement. Because Tyler's staff was so good I will be keeping a large number of them where they are and move forward the initiative to bring our illustrious newbs into positions to learn and be able to take over.

(newb in the Federalist party is not a deragatory term but one to be embraced and excited about the possibilities and the bright eyed idealism we all long to have back.)

Vice Party President-Trekker Tlumac-The man who made me SHIELD CO when he was party president. I know he can take over and keep things moving if and when I'm not around. He knows how I think and am comfortable with him being able to speak on my behalf if there is a time crunch.

COS- Operations-Paul Proteus- enough said
Development-IndexInfinity-He's back in action and we're happy to have him.
He's the ideal pick to excel where Dave Gulya leaves off.

SHIELD CO-Me I'm going to stay the SHIELD CO. I know many don't like this, but
it's what I feel I must do.... Just Kidding. I'm sure some of you were
super Irritated. Dave Gulya will be taking over as SHIELD CO. He's
ready and willing and more than qualified and I look forward to see him
continue to grow on the momentum he had a large part in helping create.

Political Director- Kevin Sheridan-This man is all over the place. SHIELD,
National jobs, tireless is the word for it. I thought it
long over due for him to take a place in the Federalist
Party. He's a man with a plan and can use a bit of his time
to lead the charge politically for the Feds.

WHIP- Artela- Artela has been around for a long time and am honored she accepted
to lead our congress members in our pursuit towards government
integrity and betterment for the entire eUSA.

Retention-TalioExtremist- He came up with Friend a Fed and it's been going great.
I've asked him to stay on to continue the momentum he has established.

Recruiting-Ankaleader-Been doing a good job another good thing to continue.
look forward to see a collaboration with FedEx MM system.

FedEx Director-JudeConnors-As irritated as everyone seems to get with regular
messaging. Everyone always seems to be fairly well informed of
the goings on. So I will be bringing back FedEx particularly to
ensure the masses stay informed.

MEDIA DIRECTOR-WOOKYJACK/5AM SAINT-All caps because Media is another outlet we
need to greatly improve in. I look forward to see him once again
put together a great staff that begins reporting again and not
Department updates. I want to feel excited about reading again.
I'm sure everyone does, and that is why I want him back.

Fun Department and Tech Director-Fernontaus-He's new he's ambitious and with the
guidance of dk3dknight and Artela as well as many others to help
him get this program running and running well.

Treasury-ViKy-The always gorgeous and always swimming in gold. The long time
trusted tried and true treasurer will continue in her ever
important roll in securing our funds.

FBI Director-Slybabymichele-She is ever vigilant and alwas watching from the
shadows. Don't be the one caught you will never gain access.

Librarian-Apollo221-I want him to get with Eliwood and contineu the work to
ensure our history is retained and secure.

This is my staff. I believe they have what it takes to bring us back to where we all want to be. I would also ask those Fed legacy's and long time Feds to please help new people get a start. Please help those inexperienced in their positions because I know they will be come to you for help and guidance. We have a great group of people in this party. I love this party and I will eDie in this party. So lets do what everyone knows we're going to do and bring back Government integrity and the Federalist way. The way that no matter where we are or what we're doing we will always be #1.
