Villainous Censorship in eJapan IRC!

The government sponsored IRC channel #nippon-teikoku has been anything but a place where eJapanese citizens/friends/immigrants can come in and partake in discussion with each other without Porky ( true identity: http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/4698066 ) censoring them.
eJapanese are receiving bans without reasons and without a chance to defend themselves. Bannings/kickings without warning and all on the whim of Porky. Within the eJapan government sponsored channel #nippon-teikoku there are no rules other than Porky rules.
No eJapanese citizen/immigrant should be kicked and banned from a public area without reason.
Why is the vMoFA able to wield such power? Why is he the owner of the eJapan channel sponsored by the Sumeragi Akeiko administration the vMoFA? Why isn't the government stopping this blatant abuse of power? Are they to busy suckling?
Don't stay tied down! Support oversight and government accountability on their sponsored IRC channel.
The government appointed #nippon-teikoku as the eJapan IRC channel and should correctly manage it so that all eJapanese can congregate without fear of being beaten/banned/kicked/censored.

I admit I dont pay attention to 1/2 of what happens in the IRC channel even tho I lurk there near 24/7 but what I do see is the banhammer collecting more dust than it should when people start shit in there

@Alfred Ball, yeah there was 2 times I was a little too slow to use the ignore command and instead got in the middle of a flame war with certain >censored
What gets you a 24hr ban? What gets you a week ban? Life Ban? It also needs more people on it with access to the banhammer to properly moderate 24/7
