Since my fateful decision to issue an ultimatum to Phoenix, I have experienced a gamut of criticism and praise. I wondered if doing this would be good for Japan and Asia, or whether it would spell harder months ahead. But I hoped, with everything I had, that Phoenix would see the light and do the right thing. Those hopes were dashed.
But my hope now springs anew. The USA, her EDEN allies, and the Japanese Imperial Forces today struck the blow for freedom that Phoenix would not take weeks ago. Liaoning has been liberated from Iranian occupation, as well as the Indonesian holdings of China. The original goals I set down have come to pass and anything further must now fall on Phoenix's head.
