We are looking into acquiring a High Quality Hospital for eIsrael to be placed in Beersheba considering we dont believe the admins will give us back our old hospitals any time soon. We are also considering the purchase of a Defense system to improve the defensive situation for eIsrael. We are moving ahead with this big expenditures because we have been promised some private financing for these expenses. More news on this to come shortly.

A hospital would be absolutely useless. It would cost a lot and only help for one round. But hey, if someone wants to pay for it, I suppose there is no harm in that.
